I went to this location and the person that helped me did not give me the correct change.
My order was 3.88 I should have gotten back 12 cent and he only gave me 10 cents back.
Two Penny's is not a big deal, the problem is he didn't tell he was short or even ask if it was ok. He assumed that he could keep the two Penny's without saying anything. Again its not about the money, its about the communication. Its a price increase without stating so.

My standards are not very high when it comes to fast food, but today was the absolute worst I've ever had.

I ordered two tacos (my go-to at any JITB) and a double bacon cheeseburger. No line in the drive-thru, pulled up and paid. Waited a few minutes for my food, and then drove home 3 minutes to my apartment.

As soon as I get in, I start unwrapping the food and take a bite of the burger. Mustard, ketchup and mayo dripped from all directions, couldnt even keep the sandwhich together because of how soggy it was. The patties were similar to AM/PM burgers, just nasty. Two bites and I couldnt eat anymore.

At least I still had tacos, right? Nope. These things were COLD. Tortilla shell stale and damp from the grease. Lettuce cold and mushy. Beef was slightly warm, like the cook thawed the tacos with their breath. It reminded me of the leftover tacos I have the day following a night of partying. Is this what food is like when I'm sober?

I have never been more disgusted in my life by a fast food meal. Money down the drain, c'mon Jack In The Box, at least care a little bit.

The food is absolutely the best! My go-tos are the Ultimate Breakfast Sandwich and the Tiny Tacos, they always seem to hit the spot in any occasion, anytime of the day.

Manager legit got up out of his office to serve me as soon as I came in because he saw no one was coming to take my order. I have never seen any fast food manager besides Chicfila be hands on like that.
the chicken sandwich was so very fresh and the onion rings were crispy. I dont know what happened today🤷‍♀️

The drive thur took 20 plus mins and they were out of almost everything we ordered. The manager refunded us twice for the things they were out off. Then handed us an order still incomplete because they didn't have all the ingredients for that sandwich which was bacon and mayonnaise. So i Ask for refund but because I already left they couldn't do it and didn't give a receipt even after we asked for one. Very disappointed in this location.

This spot is cracking, they are open 24/7 which is a big plus, but aside from that; the food is really good. They got workers who care back there in the kitchen. I tend to go at night and I have never been strayed wrong here. Keep up the good work peeps! Happy customer here 😃

Service was terrible. Never again. Visiting from Orange County and made a quick pit stop, food came out on good time BUT everything was wrong. Had to tell them to fix it 3 times and still had the order wrong. Workers didnt seem like they wanted to be there, therefore they gave horrible customer service. They didn't even give us our receipt and when we asked for the bathroom pin they told us to check somewhere on the register area. Lol. Only gave 1 star bc I had to. Definitely killed the mood for our road trip.

Had the sausage and egg croissant. On special right now. Along with OJ to wash it down. Service was a little slow, manager was getting a meal together but when she was done didn't come up to wait on me but decided to check her phone. I asked if they wanted to wait on me, she apologized and came to take my order.
