Worst place if you're looking for a discount. Also, where did everyone go? Place looks like a ghost town. Very few places to even eat.
The Bobo shake is not bad at all
Worse fast food restaurant I've been to in the last 10 years literally took 30 minutes to get my food there were no customers. They took there time story telling walking slow back and forth just talking all type of alarms going off in the back. No care in the world then when I get the food the lady throws it on the counter and says here it is. What kind of customer service is that smh.
Tables were dirty and music so loud it was difficult to talk.
Took them 15 minutes to get me a Oreo milkshake.

Went through drive through i was rushed to order. Than just ordered 2 tacos. The wait was long for 2 tacos. The bag was dripping of oil and the tacos. It was unbelievable they did that. Yamalene is the gril at the register. I told her look at this i cant even eat it. She said so you want a refund. No sorry for that nothing. Rude and customer service is horrible. I have a pic. Jack in the box serves good food this was unacceptable.

Update: this place has become awful, it's takes minimum 20 to 30 minutes in the drive through. Doesn't matter if it's lunch time or not. The food is not consistent, and customer service has gone way down.
Great customer service and they are always consistent on food orders never had a wrong order.

We've been in the drive-thru for about 30 minutes now, with the same two cars ahead of us since we arrived. It's 8:31 PM on November 25th; cameras can likely verify this.

If I could give this location less than one star in terms of service I definitely would.
The food is also not the best either.
I placed an order at 1:40 in the morning through mobile and when I got to the window I was asked to pull forward. When I did and the employee opened the window I asked for taco sauce in the bag. After waiting about five minutes she told us park in the front so we could get “fresh meat”.
Which is confusing as to why that’s what they say, as I assumed it to all be made fresh to order (frozen yes but then prepped as needed)
At 2:02 the employee finally came out to bring our food and only stopped for about 6 seconds to chat with another employee who seemed to be on break, as he and another person that was not dressed like a Jack in the box employee, we’re going into the store. After not even acknowledging the insane wait time, especially for a mobile order that was placed ahead of time, with literally no other customers ahead of us when we arrived.
Also, the next person behind me was sent to wait in the front also, probably for some more of that patented Milburn Fresh Meat.
I ONLY ordered:
• one order of tacos
&
* 2 jumbo jacks:
•One with no pickles.
• One with extra pickles (no tomato).
When I checked the burgers both had no pickles.
Ironically the burger normally does come with pickles included so that’s even worse. At least they got the no tomato part though.

We have given this place several chances. Were always nice but there are a few employees who love to treat you like crap if you ask for your receipt. (We like our receipts to scan for rewards , which we shouldn't have to explain) but yeah. We've had them be rude and roll their eyes when we ask on multiple occasions. We have them say it's in the bag, then it's not. Then we've had them give it to us, and they intentionally removed the part wed needed for the rewards. At this point, I feel theyre probably just taking stealing the codes/points from everyone, and annoyed or offended when we ask to collect the points we paid for. They are just disappointing. We always spend $30-40 on food there.
Once the same lady at Jack in the box didn't give my fiance his receipt. We got home and saw we were missing like 4 of our tacos and a fry (It was a big order. So it was annoying but I understand it happens). We went back in a different one of our cars and she said we were lying, we're in a different car and did not have our receipt. Thankfully a manager helped us.
I can't even believe we went back after all that lol. The food is decent but not when dealing with their terrible customer service on a regular basis.
Overall, we dont enjoy the way we've been treated there.
We recommend grabbing food at Carl's jr instead. (You might spend more there, but they have great service! The employees there were so nice and helpful. They even showed us where to go on the app for discounts and dropped the price on our order!) .
