The inside was nasty. No straws lids or ice. Nobody at the front. Horrible customer service. Tables not cleaned. Employees not working. If I could leave a zero star i would. Do not recommend

I ordered from the drive-thru and gave the cashier in my card. She took my card and ran it and came back with my card and a receipt but no drink. She left and came back a few minutes later to ask me to pull around to the parking lot and wait for my food there. I pointed out that there's nobody behind me so I'm not stopping anybody else from getting their food sooner. She replied with an attitude and shut the window. So that's when I flagged her back down and canceled my order and asked for a refund. Don't expect me to trust you to prepare my lunch while giving me a bunch of noticeable attitude.

I used to be a weekly customer until every week I would get home (less than 1 mile) and the fries were always cold. I see this is a trend at this location so thought I would share they don’t use the heat lamps over the fries and last time I did mention cold fries would have even brought them in I was just ignored. My 7 year old daughter still calls this location the cold food place. I have got burger and fries from in and out (over 2 miles away) and still had hot fries without special ordering. Management needs to do better if I am going to ever risk my money with jack in box.
