The girl working the drive-thru this morning was incredibly impatient—by far the most rushed and unfriendly experience I’ve ever had at a fast food spot. It felt like she couldn’t wait to get rid of me.

I visited Jack in the box store #0441 on Blackstone Ave on 5/6/25 at 5:25 PM, and our server was Megan M on my receipt but a young man is the one who took my order not sure what his name was. We ordered the family special, and what we received—particularly the Jr. Jumbo burger—was completely unacceptable. The burger appeared as though someone had already taken a bite out of it. This is absolutely appalling and raises serious health and safety concerns.
I’m shocked that this was even served to a customer. It’s not only unappetizing but also a potential health violation, and I fully intend to report it. This experience was enough to ensure I won't be visiting

The lady here trys to rush you to order and she'll tell you to pull back and pull up again to reset her timer, really unprofessional and on top of that she gave us the wrong order.

We ordered a jumbo jack Jr with cheese through the drive thru. The employee handed us our bag and said "here is your jumbo jack w cheese," only to find out it was a chicken sandwich. No, we did not go back and just ate the chicken sandwich.
