All I gotta say is that if you want to go here around 12am just don't more than likely your going to run into a lazy employee named(Armando) that will come up with an excuse not to work the excuses that have been repeated to me every time are (the kitchen is down we won't be serving any food for another 20 minutes) (we are currently takeing cash only no card) (our systems are currently down we can't take any orders) and this consistently happens when he's the only one on the clock and when you ask to speak to a manager he says I am the manager he should honestly quit his job and leave it for somebody that wants to work

I ordered the nuggets and fries meal.Naturally i had to wait for my food which usually isn't a problem.Since I parked in the front I figured all my food would be hot but not this time.The fries were cold and tasted nasty and my nuggets were hot but you could tell the oil was bad.You could see oil droppings in my box in it was black.A sign that it's time to stop being cheap and lazy and just change the oil.It made my food taste nasty.I would've went back inside but it would've been a waste of time considering it's the oil that's gross.Change it soon please.

I am very disappointed, I ordered online 6 chicken sandwiches along with other items and when I got there I was told they were all out of the chicken sandwiches , so they offered me bacon burgers (wch I had to wait for them to make while my other food sat on the counter getting cold) and when I received them this is what I got very sad the quality of Jack in the box has sure gone down not even no cheese & When I called to let them know how disappointed I was I was told "Call Walter , he'll be here at 8AM" just horrible.Mind you while waiting for my food to be done I witnessed the lady at the drive thru was huffing and puffing each and Everytime a new car wen thru the drive thru very unprofessional on her end.
