I ordered the nuggets and fries meal.Naturally i had to wait for my food which usually isn't a problem.Since I parked in the front I figured all my food would be hot but not this time.The fries were cold and tasted nasty and my nuggets were hot but you could tell the oil was bad.You could see oil droppings in my box in it was black.A sign that it's time to stop being cheap and lazy and just change the oil.It made my food taste nasty.I would've went back inside but it would've been a waste of time considering it's the oil that's gross.Change it soon please.

I am very disappointed, I ordered online 6 chicken sandwiches along with other items and when I got there I was told they were all out of the chicken sandwiches , so they offered me bacon burgers (wch I had to wait for them to make while my other food sat on the counter getting cold) and when I received them this is what I got very sad the quality of Jack in the box has sure gone down not even no cheese & When I called to let them know how disappointed I was I was told "Call Walter , he'll be here at 8AM" just horrible.Mind you while waiting for my food to be done I witnessed the lady at the drive thru was huffing and puffing each and Everytime a new car wen thru the drive thru very unprofessional on her end.

The girl that takes orders at the drive through definitely doesn’t take her job serious she instantly said what can I get you ‘’ no greeting or nothing. I’m sure it’s trinity like in the previous comments she should be a janitor I wouldn’t trust that attitude with my food or to take orders. But the young guy there was wearing a hat is very nice everytime I come I wish I got his name always helpful not sure if he’s a manager but he has a great attitude.
