So many issues with the order, tea instead of coke zero(and i asked her are you sure this is coke zero because the button not pressed in!), regular instead of curly fries(even tho i was charged for large curly), burger patty had gross black stuff, burger bun was also wrong and looked dirty and grey. I would have returned it if i didn't live an hour away!One mistake, fine. 3 or more mistakes?! They don't care and it shows. NEVER AGAIN!!!

I had to change my review. First of all the service is great. The employees are polite and welcoming. The food today I will give it a two. I ordered in the app. When I checked my food, items were missing. The fries were ice cold and old. The missing items were replaced minus 1 taco. This place could be awesome because the employees are great. The quality of the food that I received today was horrible. Rm The tacos were hot. I know it's fast food but to keep customers you need to keep up with quality. My grandson did not receive a toy in his kids meal. I told him that I would get him something. I'm not sure if I would return. The customer service is great. The old, and cold food is not. I hope that this will change.

Came by for breakfast before hitting the road. I asked for my egg to be cooked well done. Not only was my egg well done, but the bread was tough and difficult to chew. The hash brown patty was dry and tasteless and clearly was not freshly cooked. It's a shame you pay almost nine dollars for this!

Jack is always good. Well at least it used to be. I went to Jack in the Box the other night. I chose to walk in and order. The cashier Trinity was rude and had poor customers service. Trinity acted like she did not want to serve customers or even be there. Oh and my order looked like it was just thrown into the bag. If you don't like your job don't take it out on the customers and quit.

I recently ordered a large #11 and chicken nuggets from your establishment. Unfortunately, I did not receive a receipt with my initial order and upon reaching home, I discovered that I was provided with a small fries instead of the large one I ordered. Despite returning to address the issue, there was no acknowledgment or apology for the inconvenience caused. Moreover, upon closer inspection, the fries and my son's nuggets appeared to be old. This experience has left me quite disappointed, and regrettably, I have decided not to return to this location in the future.

When I came up for the drive thru I was trying to decide what to get since it's been so long since I've been here, the chick over the intercom was so rude, rushing me and making comments over the intercom. Needless to say I'll never come here again. I get that working customer service can be a pain but if you hate your damn job that much then go somewhere else. I didn't deserve to be talked to like that just because I was at the drive up window for maybe two/three minutes trying to decide what to order. I didn't even end up ordering because of how rude she was. Best of luck to this single star holding restaurant.
I just pulled up to the restatuarnat ,and the 2 males employees were just looking at me while I was at the order menu , as if I couldn't see them , one of them was smoking . Didn't even wanna take my order. Then I drove to the window and he just peeked around the kitchen as if he hiding . If u don't wanna do your job ....then why work there . It's just an order!
