We stood at the front counter for about 8 minutes waiting for someone to help or at least greet us, but no one did. I finally asked one of the 4 workers making food and doing drive through if anyone would be able to take our order and one worker responded that they’d be with us in a minute. She seemed annoyed I was even asking. We don’t mind waiting, but it would have been nice to have someone at least let us know it would be a while without having to ask (and without the rude attitude). We ended up going to the McDonalds across the overpass and got our food in less time than we waited to be acknowledged here.

This Jack in the box is trash… their customer service is slow rude and they don’t get orders right… they should be shut down… their trash service is the norm for them… absolutely garbage 09/19/24
