Came on Tuesday and evening around 8:30pm. The girl Jacar in the drive thru is amazing, frriendly , patience and ALWAYS makes sure my order is fresh with all sauces. 10/10.

Lunch for family. Sourdough Jack Combo. And Jumbo Jack Combo for 2 deal. Add 7 PC Jalapeño Peppers and Onion Rings. Everything was cooked correctly and at good temperatures. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Restaurant was clean.

Update: I’ve visited this located 3 more times in the past 3 years and nothing has changed. I’d understand it being a one time mistake but the service and quality is consistently poor. I’ve worked graveyard shifts before in fast food and understand being tired but I never let that prevent me from providing good service. As for the food I’m not sure if their line is having issues keeping food at safe temps or if the food is just sitting for longer than its safe window. I’ve completely stopped going back to jack in the box since. It’s just not worth the issues and service it comes with. As someone who has worked in fast food I can honestly say that their Night crew is consistently slow but the night crew for 8/10/22 at approximately 8:50pm was rude and unprofessional. Apparently they can’t add a simple menu item chocolate lava cake that isn’t something that needs to be cooked. I’d understand if it was another combo being added at the window and they had a super long line but it wasn’t. There was 1 additional car behind me and that was it. There’s a reason this location doesn’t get that busy. The food was cold fries half cooked partially frozen. I’d understand mistakes like that if it was a dinner rush but it was dead. The manager for night crew is young and lazy. Would definitely benefit from a retraining.

This location has nothing to offer. I've lived right next door for over 5 years and all they have is overpriced food with low quality. And even lower consistency. I have apps for all the fast food places Jack in the box is a complete waste of time. I hope you take over the business and somebody else takes over that is worthwhile. Your food is trash, your prices are trash.

This location states that they are open 24 hours a day but every time I go after 11pm, they are either not there or they don't receive the order through the app. There have been multiple instances where I placed an order on the app, and they DO NOT receive it or cancel it. Requesting a refund through the app for food I never received is a nightmare. This is the worst Jack in the Box location in the city in my experience.
