Been coming here for years. Honestly the service gets worst and worst. Today, I ordered fries and a drink. The employee Gladys filled my drink up at the drive thru and handed to me without wiping the side of the cup that obviously have soda spill on the side of the cup. As she handed to me and it slipped out of my hands and the soda spilled all over my lap and inside my car. She looked at me with disgust and unprofessional said, "that was your fault!".
I was in shocked with her rude response. I reply back telling her if she did her job and actually wipe the spill on the side of the cup, it wouldn't have slipped out of my hands. She didn't apologize to replace my drink but rudely close the sliding window at the drive through in my face.
I won't be coming here no more after this experience.

It's not this locations fault. Jack in the box has become overpriced, the food, quality, and quantity of the food has shrunk. Disappointing to spend 35 dollars to barely feed my 4 kids and I gave up my food to do so. The nuggets are quarter size and overpriced. Again not this locations fault and the employees were amazing, fast, and very polite. Jack in the box is just not worth it anymore. Buyer beware.

I usually use drive thru. Inside feels dirty. 80%of the time food is good and order is correct. But 90%of the time that I order anything with eggs, usually Breakfast Jack, I need to ask for "no egg shells, PLEASE!" I have told them many times, like omg let me go inside crack dam egg for you! And now because high egg prices, looks like they use 1 egg in 2 sandwiches. The beef in burgers are so thin, last time I thought it was a tissue in my sandwich LOL. But so far it's our go to place near our home for a quick fast meal.

This restaurant is filthy. The service is good, food is standard but unfortunately the glass windows are so dirty you can hardly see through the months and months of fingerprints and smeared whatever is on them. The over all appearance just looks unsanitary. It's either poor management or carelessness. No pride is shown and this is a beautiful store every since the remodel. Let's do better.

Prime location, very fast service (ordered on app 3 minutes before picking up when expected time is 7-9 mins), excellent hangover food. What more could you ask for from Jack?
This is the best JIAB in the 559. They get it right every time AND are friendly.
