Can you guys please keep your grillers in check? Two days in a role I ordered the bacon ultimate cheeseburger combo and I didn't get no bacon. It sucks when I'm not getting what i PAID for it. I'm usually in a hurry so i got no time to check my food in the drive thru (i know its a hassle when customer check their food but i do know why now). But who knows, people say third times a charm so maybe next time I might just get my bacon. This is the closest jack in the box to me and its the only reason why I'm coming here.

Can't go wrong with a Breakfast Jack combo when you looking for a quick & filling on the go meal.
The experience at Jack in the Box is not always what is expected. Getting the order correct is an important part of a drive-thru or online order. We didn't get all the items forcing us to return for the missing item. Not very convenient. I walked in and requested the missing item, it was provided quickly and a apology was provided. They handled it very well.

The workers were quick, although it was Christmas day. The food was good and not thrown together. The cashier was especially nice! The atmosphere was alright (it was super packed because XMAS)
