Longest wait times in the area. 9/10 times youre asked to park and wait typically 15+ minutes for a single munchie meal. They don't tell you to there's a wait until after you pay so don't come here if you have things to do, you will be late.

Only got three stars for service not because of staff me and my wife working late so we went to grab dinner we ordered 2 smash burger combos was told out no smash burgers they were out (what the- ) so we ordered we new clucken chicken sandwichs * very good * with seasoned curley fries and a coke they said they were out of COKE (2nd issue) ordered mozzarella sticks ( love them) no mozzarella sticks either(3rd issue) so went home to eat gave me 1 curley fry and a reg French fry this was disaster meal ( not the food it was good for what they had ) this is the God's honest truth it happened 10-3-2025 at 10pm you can't make this stuff up I hope some company person checks this and fixes it, it's to frustrating to go there I will give a other update

Work in this area and decided to grab lunch. They added the special sauce even though I didn't want it. I called and the manager was amazing. When I arrived I let her know. They remade the burger. Had me confirm it was correct. It was missing a patty because I had a triple combo. She apologized and fixed the problem. Her customer service is what this situation a lot better.
Horrible service. Went thru drive thru and waited over 30 minutes and got no food.

They serve off the orders and then forgets your order. Two people had to ask my order and still can't remember and had to ask again and again. Waited over 25mins for a single combo meal. Got a large drink and they had no lids for it. Walked out with no lid because they didn't have any behind the counter either. Burger didn't have cheese in it. Fries look like it wasn't cooked right. Most of the time I see the workers walking back and forth doing one job here one job there like they're lost or something. I use to work for fast food too and this isn't acceptable.

The order taker was rude, seem like he was having a bad day. Didn’t ask anything. Just said “hi” and then I was like “what, that’s it.” I was really confused, like was he even listening at all ?Proceeded to tell him what I wanted for my order. He gave me my total. I Got to the window and it took them a while to take my card. Had to park for my food which I’m totally fine with it. The employee who ran my food out was really nice, he told me to have a great night. When I got home I looked at my grande sausage burrito and it was terrible. It wasn’t even wrapped and rolled correctly. Definitely didn’t finish my burrito because it got soggy soo fast. I can tell it was a rushed burrito. Please do better. I know you guys are timed on everything including your numbers for parked cars but I’d love to have my food wrapped correctly. Thanks.
