Ordered something and when I got it they missed something, after I told them I waited 10 minutes and when they finally brought it out, it wasn't even what I ordered. And they had the audacity to say "I wasn't paying attention" I know I didn't say the wrong thing because they even repeated back the order to me twice. And other customers here are getting mad because they've been here for 30 minutes and they are still waiting for their food. Some are just leaving.

This franchise owner should be ashamed. Your milk shake machine has been broken for over 3 weeks. Your employees forget little things like sauces and sandwiches etc. There are franchise owners of Jack in the Box who actually care and make sure their restaurant has standards.
DO BETTER OWNER DO BETTER. YOU ARE BEING LAZY AND NOT DOING YOUR JOB AS A OWNER/LEADER.

Waited for an online order in the lobby for an hour. Then said forget it. I need them to attend to my order. Waited approximately 30 mins in the drive thru. Got my order. They forgot a whole drink and large fries. Now back in line as I type to get the other items. Wasted a whole gallon of gas already. The worse. Definitely need to have only the drive thru open. It seems the presence of the worthless lobby has these workers in shambles. Just get rid of it the. Terrible.

So once again I decide to give it another try. Sadly it was terrible, from giving the wrong order, taco covered in hot sauce that couldn't be eaten. Cruly fries cold without any flavor. Well on a positive the bottled water was cold and thank God not out of the toilet. I'm sure the owner well make a generic comment about dropping the ball and won't do anything to correct it. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY THERE. To the staff working the drive through, you were very friendly and I thank you.
I drove through at 4 in the morning, Nov. 6. I got gas at EZ Trip across the street. I had just gotten off work and was tired and very hungry. I still had a 30 minute drive home. The Sourdough Jack was literally the worst burger I’ve ever had! I ordered it without tomatoes and ketchup. The top of the burger had about a half inch by an inch rectangle of attempted grilling and the bottom half was just a slab of cold bread. The cheese was cold without any evidence of melting anywhere, and the burger and bacon were room temperature. No mayo could be found. I was the only one in the drive through so it’s not like the employees were swamped with confusing orders!
I wasn’t about to drive back through and have them remake it just for them to spit on the new burger or rub it on their exposed crotch! (Or a myriad of other disgusting things they could do.) What they did to that burger was on purpose! The guy that put it together knew it was wrong and didn’t care. I believe he put ketchup on it originally and then tried to remove it by swapping it out with a piece of cold dry bread and new cheese, combined with meat that was sitting around too long. Disgusting and so dry it was enough to gag me. Inedible! The part that angers me the most is that this was clearly done on purpose because of total laziness! You people need to do better.

Ah? Well I'm not a fan honestly! I actually liked the Commercials with Jack in them more then anything else! Sorry Jack! but if I'm spending the crazy prices that fast food charges us then I expect a meal that taste and looks the part! I think it's more like "Slack in the Box!" But hey! I gave em 3 stars across the board! Can I get a ? taco?! ? Didn't think so.
