Worst Jack in the Box experience I’ve had. The drive-thru crew was rude, got my order wrong, didn’t give me a receipt, and clearly had no control over the shift. I called to fix the issue and spoke to someone named Ruby—who I believe is a manager. Not only was his tone rude and snobby, but when I called him “sir,” he snapped and said, “My name’s not sir,” with attitude. Ruby seriously needs to learn how to talk to people—especially when he’s the one who messed up the order in the first place. Managers should lead by example, not act like the most unprofessional one there.

I was so amazed tonight when the drive-thru attendant Jessica gave me the best customer service ever from a fast food restaurant. I was literally shocked because most fast food servers don't perform their duties as they should and make the customers happy. Please promoter and give her a raise she deserves it.

Great customer service and late night pick. The parking is quite small because the drive thru turns toward the street. But, all in all it's a great place to eat. With amazing prices especially in 2025. Just, don't bring too much money not recommended.

The atmosphere did not matter, so I rated it in the middle service when I was in the drive-thru. It took 47 minutes to get from the driveway. Therendow there were only eight cars i. Do the line, do the math. Are you reaching your service goals over there at Jack? Thehe The boxed food was okay, and although the tacos were cheap, they shouldn't appear like they were cheap. The bag was haphazardly stuffed together and shoved out the door into my car window no decent interaction, not much in the way of saying thank you very much for coming, sir, or anything like that more oh s*** the lines long, and we suck I'm not sure what runs through these people's minds but to slow down when the line gets longer kind of irritates people the decline of service is evident in America but at this restaurant it's on the front page

Came at 9 amFood was not cooked all the way bad service only 2 people were working the restroom were not clean and toilet paper was on the floor
Place has gone downhill in the past year. Everything is out on the soda machine all the time. Service has gotten way slower. Food quality used to be consistent, now it's either okay or completely stale. I don't know what happened, this was my favorite Jack in the Box on this side of town. Now I'm never coming back.
