I came threw the drive through this time the women who took my order name was Jessica she really made a difference on how I look at this store, she was friendly, professional and service was fast.. I hope to see her more at the drive thru window I enjoyed her customer service I drove off happy ?

Came thru drive thru @ 2am. No customers. Was handed a $5 menu item (tiny tacos), ICE COLD. High prices, horrible service. Disrespectful. Lazy. Cant have 2024 prices with 2005 service.Attention managers: $20 an hour workers cant give $11 an hour effort

All the women who work the window are always so nice. Not sure bout the guys. But I love the older lady with the raspy voice. They are always very fast during lunch time.
This specific location of Jack in the box always has the worst employees and customer I have ever seen. They need to do better on who training employee because they cannot provide quality service.

Friendly and fast. I had a great quick meal at a reasonable price.
I spent $48.37 here to buy my family dinner so I wouldn't have to cook, because I just got off work. The food was cold. We were missing an item after I literally told the lady at the drive thru window, to "please double check! Cause u have a pregnant lady at home!" And she was like yeah yeah yeah! Their fish sandwiches taste like nothing, all the food was cold and disgusting. I could have spent that kind of money or less on some actual edible food!! Two thumbs down!
