Everything is AMAZING and Jack is super nice!
Always a great experience. Delicious treats. Amazing customer service. We drive 35 min and it’s well worth the drive. Highly recommend!!
The Italian ice strawberry lemonade is soooooooooooooooo good
I went there and waiting in line for cookies. They had 3 employees and they were busy with some online orders. Once one became free they ignored us and started to help the people behind us. Even tho we were waiting in line for about 5-10 minutes and they ask use what we wanted. Just ignored us and felt like we weren't wanted there. Won't be going back.
Came here to try since I read the reviews. Ice cream was okay. Wanted to try their cookies but got skipped in line for the people behind us. Wasn't greeted at all. Will not come again. Bad experience.
Jack personally gave me the best ice cream of my life. Great staff, ingredients and fun shop!

I bought two cookies sandwiches thinking they were ice cream sandwiches. Instead they were just frosting instead. I didnt like it at all. Tried to switch for real ice cream sandwiches. I was told no. Also got two milkshakes that were as thin as drinking milk. Wheres the ice cream bro? It is what it is, but what a waste of time.
