I love this place. The price/quantity ratio is nice. The staff is friendly. The food is quality. I often get their buffalo chicken sandwich and their Urban Fries. Just writing this makes me crave their food. Lol

First time eating at this location and I’m pretty disappointed at the food quality. I ordered the urban fries and it was pretty much old french fries that were double fried. It was dark, hard, and too oily. The tri tip was overcooked and had a rubbery texture. It was a bit too hard to chew. Their mashed potatoes and gravy were also bland.
I’m attributing this review to the staff that was working the day I dined and would like to give this restaurant another chance, since I’ve been to many Jack’s Urban Eats w/ freshness in their quality.

First Tri-Tip Sandwich the meat was cold, the bun was burnt. They tried to make it again, the meat was okay, but the bun was not even toasted. We were the first customers of the day. Very disappointed. The prices you charge, you should slow down and get it right!

So sad , I was fasting ordered the chicken to break my fast so I was starving . I was going to ignore the chicken was an ugly white color like it was boiled so in hunger I opened it and it was raw in the center !!! So disappointing!! First and last time ordering

The staff is very nice the place is clean. The food is good for relaxing fast food. The bbq hi ken sandwich is good as well as the turkey. An order of fries is more than enough for two. Good stop for lunch if in the area

Food is good. Service is good. There only one HUGE problem!. When food is delivered to your table, they place toxic bisphenols receipts on your plates mixed with your food, that is so bad. They probably do not know how toxic those receipts are. Hopefully they read this review and take actions.

Very poor experience with Jacks today. The first 3 items we tried to order over the phone were NOT AVAILABLE. The website showed all items. Second ..French fries were ordered and were 3,00 more than website. NOT GOOD SERVICE😳
