I am on the prowl for the best Cobb Salad in town. This place was recommended do I decided to try it. I picked up the salad during my lunch break and headed back to the office. Once I opened the salad, which I was excited to try, I was slapped in the face by disappointed. The salmon in the blacked salmon Cobb salad was missing!!! I called the restaurant and was immediately placed on hold. 12 minute of hold later, I hung up and called back, only to be greeted by an automatic response that the caller is not taking any calls. Such incredible disenchantment.
Look, everyone makes mistakes, every one has those days, but getting placed on hold and then calls going straight to voice-mail is adding insult to injury.
I would not recommend this place.

The prices AND the portions are great! The service was fast and phenomenal - came peak lunch! The vibe was nice as well(though some "tunes" would be a nice addition to the ambiance).

Customer service was outstanding! Everyone was smiling, eager to help, and so friendly. Food was served hot! I had the tri tip. It was juicy and tender!! Delicious!

Went in today around noon to purchase a $50 gift card. Since the line was long, I asked at the register first if I needed to wait in line to purchase a gift card. The young lady working the register said I did. So, I waited in the line and when I got to the register, she said, âGiftcard, right?â I replied yes. When she went to reach for a gift card she said oh I guess we are out. She said let me check and ask. When she returned and said they were out of gift cards, I reminded her that she was the same person who told me to wait in line for a gift card. She said she didnât know they were out. Since a manager was standing nearby, I asked to speak to him. I explained how I was told to wait in line by the same person who then said they were out of gift cards. His reply was yes they were out of gift cards. I asked him if he saw the point I was trying to make and his only reply was yes. If either one of them would have just apologized , I can appreciate the fact that they are out of gift cards and understand it was a mistake. But there was no apology at all., Very sad since I like eating at this place but they need to work on basic courtesy.

I like eating here, and I keep coming back because the food is good. However I've never ordered anything here and had the order be 100% correct. There's always something wrong with it. There's seasoning on the salmon when I asked for none, or they forgot some element of the build-your-own-salad. But it's good, and I keep coming back just realizing they'll probably not get it right. The people who work here seem to like it, and they're good at customer service.
Good for dine-in only. Good food but they are the WORST with takeaway orders. 4 out of 5 times, there is something wrong with my order when I receive it. Missing ingredients that I paid extra for, missing items, getting the wrong item.
And they donât care. Last time this happened I called and left two voicemails asking for a manager to call me back because I was missing half my meal. Never called back.
The only way I seem to get a correct order is when I dine in. I do that and then ask for a to-go box because otherwise the order is invariably wrong on several ways.
Iâm not sure why the to-go orders are always so hopelessly muddled but itâs super frustrating.

I ordered a spicy buffalo chicken salad without celery and subbed ranch dressing. Food was ready fast (ordered online). Chicken is way too salty and was in big chunks that I had to cut up. It also wasnât crispy. The apples werenât sliced thinly like Iâm used to, but in ridiculously big chunks. Hardly any veges. Paid extra for egg which was chopped up. There were no blue cheese crumbles and I did not select no blue cheese crumbles - so that was also a disappointment. Would not recommend this salad. Will write another review after my daughter finishes her sandwich.

I had the salmon Cobb salad and grarlic fries. The food had incredible flavor. This casual dining restaurant has a relaxed atmosphere with upbeat music and friendly staff. I would recommend this as a gear location for dates, gatherings of friends, or work lunches.
