DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE IT AND THERE IS NO WAY TO CONTACT THEM!!!! They left my order sitting outside, the driver was unintelligible and so rude, no common sense or care in the world!

This location has an assistant manager named Carlos and he's so rude. They don't help with the kiosk and evey time I get him he always makes my drink less then other employees there or other Jamba Locations. I always pay extra 2 scoops of protein and he refuses to give me the extra in a small side cup even though I pay extra 2 scoops . So I technically not sure how many scoops I'm actually getting. I was told if you get a medium and add 1 scoops you'll get it in a large cup but if you add 2 there will be more then a large cup by other managers. This was this guys 3rd shoot to make it right for me and he didn't so I'm never spending my money here again and I buy jamba almost every other day but not at this location anymore.

Will not help you anymore Been in 3 times. They ask you to use the kios, and they will not help you by taking your order.
The other locations in Fresno are very accommodating. Will not go to this location again. Recommend avoiding them at all cost. Unfriendly and not interested in helping you
First time visitor of Jamba Juice... (i know, what?!") Went to order a smoothie for a friend who was recovering from surgery! With only a vague idea of what to order, the friendly staff helped me order, and my mission was a huge success! So thankful for the courteous service and the delicious smoothies! Will be a repeat customer!

I am writing this review to express my growing disappointment with Jamba Juice. Over the years, I've enjoyed their products, but recent experiences have drastically changed my perception.
Firstly, the once warm and welcoming atmosphere has been replaced by cold, impersonal kiosks. While technology can enhance convenience, it should not replace the human element entirely. The kiosk setup feels impersonal and diminishes the customer experience.
Moreover, it is evident that the employees who remain are overworked. With fewer staff members, those on duty are stretched too thin, resulting in diminished service quality. It’s disheartening to see the effort they put in while clearly being overwhelmed.
The lack of customer interaction, combined with the reduced staffing, has led to longer wait times and a noticeable decline in overall service.
I have always valued Jamba Juice for its quality and customer service, but these changes have left me feeling disappointed and frustrated. I hope Jamba Juice re-evaluates its approach and brings back the excellent customer service we once enjoyed.
For now, I’m done.
