To the young lady working the front;I'm not here to hit on you or chat with, or bother you, I'm here for a smoothie.Idk wth is wrong with you, that you think it's appropriate to be so dismissive of your customers as I'm simply trying to place an order, as though I was hitting on you, or saying something extra..It's very insulting. I'll take my money elsewhere.

Oh man. I get having to cough but...Coming out from the back coughing and not covering your mouth? Smh Proceeding to cough some more all over your hands and not washing them and start our drinks? Yeh, no thanks. Going to the back to cough some more, not wash your hands again and then come back out coughing open air all over the place AGAIN?!? Not coming back in if that guy is working there. Literally just walked out. No need to bring anything up to them if they didn't already see an issue. Makes me question cleanliness over. The girl was sweet but the guy was terrible. What kind of acia bowl is this?!? $11 for a bowl of cold blue tasteless soup with sour blueberries, chunks of unripe strawberries, and what tastes like stale rice krispies floating. By far, the worst I've ever had. Vanilla sky. No thanks.
I came in today and ordered a drink that I didn't like. I mentioned it to Jacob and he asked me if I wanted another flavor. Amazing service!!! Didn't miss a beat with exceptional service. He was so nice and never stopped smiling!!! Great job Jacob. We will be back.
