My son and I went into Jamba for a refreshing evening treat. As we walked in there were a group of 3 ordering. The server was taking their orders. After he finished, he proceeded to make the order but did not acknowledge us....no communication. Then after nearly 5 minutes he says "oh you can order on this here" he pointed to an ordering kiosk. I told him that I wasn't familiar and did not know that was available for ordering. If I did, I would've ordered while he was with the other customers. The server lacked communication. If you helped the other customers then did not help the next ...this is poor customer service. A quick acknowledgment and I'll be with you would have been a better way to provide service. The receipt shows Cameron S as the server. Please take the time to acknowledge your customers.

So I ordered my usual Aloha pineapple with strawberry and no banana. They forgot to leave the banana out. I can't stand the taste of a banana. What happens when people are allergic to certain items?

This is one of my favorite Jamba juice locations. The Staff here are always a delight and are super duper friendly. I've never had any issues with my drinks. They are always fresh, cold, and made in a timely manner.For recommendations:You can't go wrong with the classics. I love "mango a go-go", and it's a safe choice if it's your first time here. For the reeses candy lover, you could do "pb chocolate love".

The gentleman that helped me was very nice and helpful. I had no complaint about him. My issue was the savory pretzels. I got three of them and they were hard as rocks.

ordered to small pb mood smoothies. no one in front of me. took almost 20 min. employees were taking inventory of the front freezer and washing dishes. they started my stuff then left it on the counter and continued to talk. then one told another she needs him to do the bananas because her wrist hurt. he then struggled for 10 min trying to get them out. not once did anyone say a word to us
