Ordered a mango a go go and a parm pretzel. The drinks were good but the pretzel is definitely old OR it was reheated or left out for days. Unfortunately I didn’t try it until I got home and that thing was hard and dry. Think about a bread that you eat after it’s been left out for days and not only is it stale on the outside but completely dry and grainy in the inside. I’ve never had this experience at other locations. Even after eating my pretzel hours later it still tastes fresh and semi soft all the other times. This was disappointing. The taste was horrible. I called the store right away to speak to the manager but no one answers despite them being open and the store being empty.

Great service! The young gentleman who took my order very friendly they were out of the base they use for my usual smoothie and he made substitution for me since I'm lactose and tolerant!

The vanilla blue sky is so delicious but the prices are getting crazy. 11 for a smoothie is a bit too much..I can only get one once a week max. But no other complaints

My son and I went into Jamba for a refreshing evening treat. As we walked in there were a group of 3 ordering. The server was taking their orders. After he finished, he proceeded to make the order but did not acknowledge us....no communication. Then after nearly 5 minutes he says "oh you can order on this here" he pointed to an ordering kiosk. I told him that I wasn't familiar and did not know that was available for ordering. If I did, I would've ordered while he was with the other customers. The server lacked communication. If you helped the other customers then did not help the next ...this is poor customer service. A quick acknowledgment and I'll be with you would have been a better way to provide service. The receipt shows Cameron S as the server. Please take the time to acknowledge your customers.

This is one of my favorite Jamba juice locations. The Staff here are always a delight and are super duper friendly. I've never had any issues with my drinks. They are always fresh, cold, and made in a timely manner.For recommendations:You can't go wrong with the classics. I love "mango a go-go", and it's a safe choice if it's your first time here. For the reeses candy lover, you could do "pb chocolate love".
