This is one of my favorite Jamba juice locations. The Staff here are always a delight and are super duper friendly. I've never had any issues with my drinks. They are always fresh, cold, and made in a timely manner.For recommendations:You can't go wrong with the classics. I love "mango a go-go", and it's a safe choice if it's your first time here. For the reeses candy lover, you could do "pb chocolate love".

The gentleman that helped me was very nice and helpful. I had no complaint about him. My issue was the savory pretzels. I got three of them and they were hard as rocks.

ordered to small pb mood smoothies. no one in front of me. took almost 20 min. employees were taking inventory of the front freezer and washing dishes. they started my stuff then left it on the counter and continued to talk. then one told another she needs him to do the bananas because her wrist hurt. he then struggled for 10 min trying to get them out. not once did anyone say a word to us

The staff was so rude. They complained to each other about my order (mango a go-go). Ultimately canceled my order and went to the palm location for better service. I'd give this store 0 stars if I could.

I came in today at 7:00pm and the girl at register first looked at me with a rude face then came up to me and said "what do you want" I asked for a drink politely and asked if I could put my phone number in for rewards and she said "no this only takes the barcode" so I said it was okay and we left it at that. Just for her to ring up the next costumer and say "hello what can I do for you today" I was like okay maybe it's just different wording until the costumer asked to put their number and and she said she can gladly put it in for him. My açaí bowl was then given half empty. I felt extremely uncomfortable and outcasted, I tried calling to talk to management but no answer. I would hate for other people to feel like this please talk to this employee.

Was super watery I even asked for extra sherbet ice cream . These new people don't know what they are doing at all . Iv been going to this location sense they opened years ago .
Went on Thursday the guy in training and was handling stuff well despite being out there by himself. However, the shift lead that came in was rude didn't make the drink I ordered and when I asked her about it she said she had and then she gave me one drink filled and the other severely under-filled. Just seems like crappy service for someone who is the shift lead, the person in training shouldn't be doing your job better than you.

Went in for a protein shake and the cashier Mia was very rude and uninterested in assisting guests. I ordered and she just ignored what I had said and went back to talking with a coworker. Then looked at me again and said what did you want again. Normally I have a great experience here but I was very unimpressed by todays performance

The juices were fine but the pretzel was awful. This is Saturday and it tastes like it was made Thursday. Tasteless and rock hard. Disappointing for first bites after the flu.
