Food tastes good, but the service is nonexistent. Remove the self serve kiosks, it’s basically a glorified vending machine with one employee working way too hard to keep up. The interior is sparse and has no place to sit and enjoy your meal. It feels like anti-homeless architecture; the whole goal seems to be getting you in and out with minimal comfort.

It was kind of cool in the store and the food is sometimes great, fine, but this time was awful! They took at least ten minutes and it tastes like depressed milk. I find any way to enjoy Jamba but this just taste horrible. I know I sound like a karen but it taste horrible.

The place was dirty, the taste was mid. Kiosk ordering so no service what so ever. The near 9 dollar price for a large smoothie is ridiculous.

Store smells like rotten fruit and vomit... I thought it could be just the customers infront of me but after they left i realized it was the store.... not only that but my drinks were weirdly water down? Im assuming they defrost the frozen fruits thats why it smelled and because it was defrosted they added ice to the smoothies which is why my drink tasted water down or not as fruity as the other days. :(

I went to this Jamba Juice and it was very very hot inside! Me and many other customers were visibly sweating as well as the workers. Food and service was good but as a business owner I would not allow my workers to work in conditions for long durations.

I visited early in the day expecting a clean and welcoming environment, but was really disappointed. The place had a strong unpleasant odor as soon as I walked in. The staff aprons were visibly dirty, and the floors looked like they hadn’t been cleaned at all—filthy despite it being the start of the day. Definitely not the level of cleanliness I expected.

I ordered Jamba about 3 to 5 times a week! I love the staff here. I pre-order on the app.. everytime my order is ready by the time I get there!! My drinks, bowls, or snacks are always spot on!

As a business owner, I’m sure Jamba Juice franchisee would like to know That Their employees cannot serve their customers six minutes before closing.

My husband went into order a drink for me. He asked for extra peanut butter in a drink that already had peanut butter. Mind you I wanted EXTRA peanut butter. They told him that they couldn’t add extra peanut butter in a drink that already had peanut butter, Ridiculous if you ask me.

I had a less than favorable experience at Jamba, because there were ants EVERYWHERE! After speaking to the sweet worker Alicia, she assured me that she had been trying all morning to do her best to make sure there were no ants near the smoothies. Obviously this is not her fault, but I can’t believe management would just expect a team member to deal with this problem when it’s clearly their responsibility! Luckily with great customer service like hers you can forgive a lot, but c’mon jamba deal with your ant problem before someone finds bugs were there shouldn’t be

This location is well ran by employees that give off enthusiasm, I walked in and immediately was kindly greeted. Arleth was extremely helpful not only did she show me how to use the new kiosk system but she went above and beyond and helped me download the Jamba app. Now I have rewards and I get to enjoy my favorite mango smoothie, thank you Arleth and Jamba!!
