EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. door dashed 2 smoothies from this location & felt, what felt like hairs in our mouths. don't know what it is exactly, but they were different sizes & lengths & could've even been plastic shavings of some sort. now i feel like i've got something stuck in my throat.

I always come here and the service is always great! But I came in today and placed an order ahead of time and once I picked up my order and got home and opened the bag, they gave me the wrong drink. Called the store twice and no one picked up.

UPDATE: This location has really stepped up, and is now my favorite part of my routine. Looks like they renovated. Every staff member is super friendly, quick, and makes quality smoothies! My favorites right now are the acai super antioxidant and the impossible handwich. The app is now working very smoothly in store with the qr code.Isaac at the counter was wonderful, but this location seems poorly managed. When you walk in, you're hit with the There's a flickering light at the register that makes it really hard to focus on the menu. It also smells like they don't clean the drains - like rotting fruit.

We came last night at 7:15pm 1/27/2023 and we came for fresh juice and they stated the machine is broken it was two guys working this is very bad horrible service and the fact they lied we just came the next morning which is now and asked them if the machine is broken they said no and purchased the juice from here again
