I go here often because its the closest one to me, but there's been times ive walked in and didn't see a single employee for minutes. It also smells really bad in there, like rotten oranges. Parking is not ideal either.

Came to this location at about 7:15 this evening. Was not even acknowledged. Ordered fresh squeezed orange juice was given 1 orange squeezed with some sort of uncovered tangerine juice. The drink was not enjoyable and it cost me 8 dollars for something that was not very fresh. Personally for me I will never ever be returning to this location.

I’m with a Fresno State student ran club and had the pleasure of running a BOGO card fundraiser with Luz the manager. She made it a simple and efficient process for my club to begin fundraising the same day I went into the store. Great communication skills and an awesome experience throughout the fundraiser time frame. 10/10

(Jamba juice on west shaw)Yeah so I just want to start out by saying what a sweet young man works the Cash register. He's a young handsome black man and he's very helpful and knowledgeable about the drinks I can't remember his name right now unfortunately. Starts with a "J". Anyways what I'm really here to talk about is the lady Lisa I'm pretty sure, she's rude and she discriminates. I have a registered service dog that goes everywhere with me and when I walked in she was like "you need to pick that dog up it can't be touching the ground." And I was like "she's a service dog" I have her ID card and everything. And she was like "it doesn't matter it can't be touching the ground". Honestly I wanted to make a big deal out of it because the people I get my dog licensed through have lawyers for Situations like this where I'm a victim of discrimination. But my mom was with me, and she really wanted jamba juice so I just let it go. But then I ordered my drink a certain way and she clearly didn't make my drink the way I asked and she did make my moms drink good so anyways needless to say she rude and clearly has some kind of like power trip issue in her head. Because even while I was there a kid showed up for an interview and the nice gentleman asked her do you want me to take over making the drinks so you can interview this kid. And she was like no have him wait a minute and then she made our drinks (mine really shitty) and then carried on to the interview. Anyways that's not the first time I've went in there and she was very rude to me, I remember going in there a while back and her being rude about something else entirely. And had my mom not been there I would have asked her, do you make a blind man pick up his dog when they come in. But anyways that's all I have to say about that. I'll shut up now. They should make that sweet guy in the front in charge he's always so nice to me

I stop and grab a quick Jamba Juice at least twice a week. Especially because of the hot days where I live. Gabriella the team lead is so obnoxiously rude to customers. Not to sure how Jamie Juice would let someone lead with her poor attitude. I just thought I would share every location has excellent service. Skip the Shaw and Brawley location they hire anybody.Why would your panty’s be in a bunch at Jamba Juice? It’s early I mean we all just started the day! I’m still smiling.

Stopped at Jamba Juice the other day there was not much of a wait or items were done correctly and quickly they were very friendly super great with their service we will definitely be going back and getting more items from there as this weather is warming up

At first, we didn't get our fundraiser card scanned for a BOGO drink, but the manager made it right and offered us a free drink and waffle. Thank you Elias for being so friendly about it too. You are much appreciated! Ps if you don't know what to get, the Peanut butter moo'd is bomb!! And the Belgium waffle is good too

Used to work for this company. All I can say about this location was everything fell short.There was only one person working everything. From register to making smoothies to pouring them out... I was kinda disgusted.The fact that there was no hand washing in between working the register and making the smoothies, i was really questioning it.As far as the smoothies go, we ordered the peanut butter moo'd with whey protein. It was one of the worst tasting smoothies I've had and this is my usual order. I didn't even finish it.What a waste of money. The cleanliness of this location in general is questionable. No fresh fruit out and baked good looked stale. It's not how I remember this company was..

I came here to pick up my order 7:20pm. A homeless dude came out of JJ and came to my car asking for $$. Luckily I didn't come out of my car or roll down my windows. I nodded my head telling him I don't have anything to give him. He decided to tapped on my driver side window and smiled. He walked away from my car and threw a bread or something at my car. He kept walking around the parking lot. I decided to call JJ, told the worker what happened. I told her I am not going to step out of my car to p/u my order bc I didn't feel safe. She was very kind and offered to bring it to me. She informed her manager and will call security. Sigh, careful with your surroundings.
