Walked in to grab a smoothie and walked up to order and the worker told me that they were closed (an hour before they actually were). When I asked about their store hours that clearly state 9pm Friday-Saturday, the worker told me Jamba was changing their hours now to 8pm. Her attitude during the whole ordeal was extremely rude and unprofessional. There were people that were waiting for their orders as well. I called the other Jamba on Shaw and Brawley who told me that not only are Jamba’s hours correct online, that Jamba’s hours have not changed at all. Extremely unhappy with this location and will not be coming here again.

I placed an order on the app for 5 people. The order contained smoothies, a cold brew combo, other food items, etc. After placing the order Jamba called to inform me they were out of cold brew and something else I ordered. They told me they would refund me the cost for the coffee. After picking up my order, I realized they forgot the sandwich that came with the combo. I called back and they said it was accidentally left out of the bag. I went back to pick it up, but to make up for it , they refunded the entire order. Smoothie was great by the way. PB, banana with kale.

I enjoyed going here but it always depends on the workers. If someone wants extra why charge 50 cents when your stingy with the things anyways. They act like wanting extra things in the bowls comes out their pay check. Just give the customer what they want it’s not hard. I wish I could have taken a picture of the bowl I had gotten yesterday. The lady barely put in fruit, honey, & granola. I should have asked for a refund. I told her too I won’t be coming back to this location because she barely put anything in my bowl. 4 blueberries, 5 little slices of strawberries, barely any granola, & sprinkled a little bit of honey. I seen an employee make the bowls at the Shaw & west location, the one that’s not too far from this location & she made the bowls the way the bowls should look. She didn’t care how much she was putting in the bowls so go to that location & avoid this location.

Been coming to this Jamba Juice for years and it's never disappointed. My visit today was met with smiles and a very helpful employee named Nathan who was more than happy to make my weird drink and made sure I liked it. Thanks for hiring employees like him!

I wish I could post zero stars
 drinks tasted horrible and the girl taking our order was rude , when we asked about the new drinks her response was a very dry “I don’t know” asked a few more questions and just stood there with a blank response and rushed us to finish ordering. I had to keep calm because that’s the worst attitude I’ve literally ever encountered in a customer/employee interaction! I hope her boss views those tapes from that day because customer service should not be on her resume coming from someone who’s been in C/S for YEARS!
