My attention Jackson didnt honor my buy one get one free card and I'm very dismayed as I purchased 6 fundraiser cards at $10 each. I will take my business elsewhere, like to the place that did honor it. Its not real difficult to extend sufficient customer service. Doesn't have to be stellar, sufficient will do. The last place just punched the card to keep track.

Went here around 5pm today, staff was very kind and helpful! I felt bad I had to bother them with my order, I couldn’t use the kiosks because I wanted to use my mall discount. Got apples n greens, it was delicious! Thank you guys again

I really like the White Gummi but I substitute vanilla frozen yogurt for the lime sherbet. I got a medium drink which was larger than I expected and cost more than I remembered last time. They had a kiosk that I ordered from which took over a register at some point. I don’t mind the kiosk. It was easy to use. The potential issue with the kiosk is when people can’t figure out how to use it. I come here every once in awhile for a treat because it’s a little pricey.

I ordered a large smoothie she gave me a medium. Mixed water in the orange juice. Even after all this the smoothie was still not full.

Chunks of fruit at the bottom, quarter of the smoothie was not blended right
I can be ignored and have technical issues for free at home. Driving to town, spending $25 for two smoothies and also get ignored by the employees and a glitchy computer to take an order only to have an employee help the person behind me. This is the 3rd bad experience here. We went to five guys and got a milkshake and a meal for the same price and real service. The bathroom is so dirty too. Yuck.

5 stars all around for this location. Have been to many Jamba juices and this one I will choose overall. They are always fast and my orange dream is always made correct and not watery like other location. Molly was extremely kind and even made sure I was happy with it before I left. Will be back throughout the summer.
