They should disable curbside pickup if they can’t bring out orders. Waited like 15 min in my car after the receipt said it was ready, I just came in and picked it up myself instead. Sandwich was delish as always though.
Went here to pick up a call in order totalling $82. I only had a $100 bill with me and they would not accept it as they only take bills $20 or less. By the time I went to 3 other stores nearby to get change my hot sandwiches were gross and soggy. I know it's not the employees fault but it was so ridiculous. Something needs to change with their policy. Very disappointed!!

Its cool to get lunch from here, but there is a particularly round fellow working behind the counter who is EXTREMELY nonschalant all the time and never puts an ounce of effort into any of his work. This man will stand next to customers who just arrived to pickup an online order, and he will blatantly ignore them. I watched this big-backer proceed to give everyone else their orders while mine was supposed to have been ready on Doordash 7 minutes ago. It was only when I spoke up loudly that this dazed and confused hippopotamus decided to finally address me. Seriously fire that kid

I greatly appreciate thier care for gluten free needs! The store was unbelievably busy and when I ordered my sandwich the staff stopped what they were doing and cleaned the prep surface, changed thier gloves put down paper to prepare my sandwich! I will definitely go there again

I really can't remember his name (the guy who made my sandwich around 3pm yesterday on the 30th), but he was so kind and very informative when I had questions to ask. I had never been to jersey Mike's before. It was my first time! He was nice and made friendly conversation. He made my sandwich so perfectly with the right amount of toppings. I love that I was given the oil and vinegar on the side to prevent my sandwich from becoming soggy on my long drive back home. He was so kind for offering that because I would have never thought about that on my own. It was the best experience I've ever had at any sandwich shop ever! To top it off, I am forever a fan because our sandwiches were SO good! This is my newest favorite sandwich shop. I frequent this area when I go to trader joes on my way out of town, and will continue to come back to this location because of this awesome experience. Thank you!!
