Wouldn’t take the ham off and put turkey on a number 13. It states all over your website you can swap meats. You put the same amount of slices it’s just from a different farm animal… first franchise to whine, girl played dumb and said were unable to do that. Had to get charged extra meat when I ended up with the exact amount of meat as the original sandwich included. And it’s was a mini too. Haha weird delusional employee.

The sandwich was really good, but the service is terrible. I came in with good energy and don’t get welcomed. Not to mention they’re rude when you ask questions. The girls were having dirty, looks and an attitude. It’s not that hard to be nice and patient.

Usually very good and consistent. Today it seems the club had about half the meat as usual and the guy forgot my pickles and jalapeños. Didn’t know until I got home. Disappointed…
The two women helping were very rude and gave attitude. It seemed like they didn’t want to help at all

Well, I recommend these sandwiches to anybody else. Yes, I would.
Everybody has the preferences when it comes to sandwiches . I like other subs from other places too.
But Jersey Mike’s is one of my favorites .

They are all always so nice, and i don't think I've ever had an order messed up, and we do order ahead from time to time. Either way you go, it's quick, easy, and delicious.
