Love jersey mike’s, but this location sucks ass. Service is not on par with other locations, they’ve messed up my call in order twice, and forgot to put oil and vinegar on my cold sandwich as a walk in. I did ask for mike’s way. Used to be a pretty decent location, but now it’s subpar. Jersey Mike’s will always be jersey mike’s, but the people who work there make it.

I was very impressed with the crew at store 20189 on Blackstone Ave in Fresno, California. Each crew member was courteous and patiently waited on each customer as they took each order requested. Today was the first time my daughter and I had an opportunity to enjoy our meal at this location. Our sandwiches were prepared exactly as we requested and they were delicious! If you have extra time for dine in and it's not too busy, come on in and sit a spell... I'm sure you'll have a pleasant experience.

Horrible service. A tall lady with glasses wouldn't give me my order even though I was showing my order confirmation to her. Invasive. They refused to give me my sandwiches even though they were already made. How wasteful! I used to love this place due to the options but now I'm afraid I'll be interrogated each time I pick up something! Never again.

So the guy who helped us, thank you!!! Tall thin, glasses, light beard & ‘stash… don’t know his name, but shout out!! He made sure mine and my daughter’s sandwiches were completely gluten free and safe. He did not once make us feel like it was an inconvenience at all. So kind and so patient. Love jersey mikes already but them hiring people like this is just simple best!!! Thank you!! (We went on a Saturday around 3:20 pm). We literally drive from Hanford to come here!!
