The super fries are super soggy. I ordered some with chile verde and another one with asada. Both orders had a small amount of meat and fries and the meat had no flavor and all fatty pieces. I unfortunately couldn’t eat it. The breakfast burrito I ordered was just ok. They have other good reviews so maybe it was an off day.

Do not eat here! Refused to give me my refund I ordered 5 tacos only received 3 no taste on the meat and tortillas hard as rock. They are verrrrry rude when you tell them they messed up on your order.

As an avid Asada Fries enjoyer, I like to go around finding the best I can. The plate I got at Jimenas was disappointing. Fries for ten dollars sounded like a good price, until I realized I was shafted - the box was only half full. The main point of asada fries is the fries themselves, and unfortunately the fries were sad and soggy. They definitely needed more time in the fryer. The presentation was pretty good, the sour cream and guacamole look a little sad but you can see the Pico is fresh and contains cerrano! Customer service was excellent, I was greeted with a smile and asked if I needed utensils/salsas. Unfortunately, it’s hotter in Jimena’s than it is outside. I can’t imagine anyone sitting down to enjoy their meal or the employees enjoying forking in that heat.

We have ordered a few times and the first couple of orders were great. My 2nd to the last order, the shells were overcooked and rock hard to the point I couldn't eat and BURNT. Thinking this was a fluke, ordered today and the shells were almost raw and soft. Disappointing.

Omg disgusting. Asada tastes like cow tongue, it’s so under seasoned. I received a burrito instead of asada fries on DoorDash. They don’t know how to read orders correctly. Ruined my whole night.

There was a back piece of an earring in my son’s burrito! We made a mistake by not reading the reviews before ordering. Luckily, my son felt the metal before he took a full bite.
