Stop worrying about $$$$$ so much and upgrade your sandwiches. It's obvious you're being skimpy with the toppings and everything else. Your sandwiches were amazing 8 years ago...

Ordered 46 third sandwiches for a party 1 (30piece) box & 1 (16piece) box & it was a hit. Everyone enjoyed them and were asking where they were from. Thanks for making our party more enjoyable!!

The 2 guys working behind the counter were more interested in screwing around than making my order. It took quite a long time. Then when I got home it was completely wrong. I’m not very happy with this place.

This is my favorite Jimmy John’s location. I normally show up an hour before they close, and they’re never busy at that hour. Everyone is always pleasant, and the place is clean. What more could you ask for?

First time here… and SO disappointed. I wanted to like this place… First was frustrating that there was no system to get our food, so we just waited and wondered where our order was. Then, finally someone brought it to us, and let us know someone else got our food, AND opened the sandwich, but didn’t eat it. So here you go?! With flue season just beginning that was not a suitable option. Naturally, we gave our receipt and asked to make another. When we FINALLY got our sandwiches the second time they were made wrong. And it was difficult to eat the spicy jalapeños IN my sandwich when I clearly ordered them in the side… see photo. I then went to them to let them know, and got no apology, blank faces, and a well, I guess all we can do is make you wait longer to make ANOTHER. By this time I was just hungry…. No manager came by, and no apology. So sad to see, that was my first time and last time.

The sandwiches were good- but it is SOOOOO slow!!! I was frustrated and felt like it took a long time the last two times I was there so this time I actually timed it. There was only three other customers in the store. It took over 20 minutes from time of ordering to get my sandwiches. Not to mention what seemed like an excessive wait to even order.
It was super frustrating because literally the only reason I chose to go there is because I was so hungry I didn’t want to wait till I got home or wait at a sitdown restaurant. By time I got my food, I could’ve done either.
What happened to freaky fast? Wasn’t that a Jimmy John’s thing?
We had lunch during our keto phase. We had lettuce wrapped sandwiches which are messy to eat, but delicious with crunchy, cool lettuce.

My previous visit was terrible and they responded
To Jimmy John's response, no i will not contact your feedback team i have my number to the "manager" or whoever and no follow up... The only reason you responded was to make it look like you care...

Both sandwiches were made sloppy and when i called in after seeing the mistakes at home, i was basically told who cares and i should've said something when i got them...
How? I bought to eat at home
Recommend opening and checking while in store instead of dealing with rude people over the phone
