Crispy chicken- not crispy and no flavor at all Crispy Chinese chicken salad- chicken not crispy , lettuce is not crispy and dressing is creamy, Amerianized not authentic Chinese.. Chow mein is so oily and no Chinese flavor. This is the worst Chinese restaurant in Fresno! We will never go back or order here.

We ordered the Chinese Chicken Salad. MISTAKE. The chicken was like little square pieces of cardboard dipped in oil and deep fried and were very sparse for a “chicken” salad. The dressing resembled nothing Asian but more of a spicy mayonnaise that totally ruined what the chicken hadn’t. The entire experience is something we choose not to repeat.

Super yummy! We are so glad we found Jimy Wen's! Everything was just so perfect. I highly recommend the pork chop suey with extra veggies, I love bean sprouts! We can't wait to go back!

We ordered Chinese chicken salad and the chicken was like cardboard like it was left in your car all day. The dressing was a tiny cup of mayonnaise with a couple drops of lemon juice.We also ordered kung pao sun yum with pan fried noodles it had ok flavor but there was only a handful of it and it had no shrimp like it was supposed to

Last night we dined at Jimy Wen. The food was bland. The original Jimy Wen food had amazing flavor. Service was fair. I think our waiter was new. Hoping things get better.
We had ordered House Chow Mein, Lemon Chicken & Sizzling Mixed Vegetable Tofu. Dishes used to have more flavor.
They serve quickly, excellent customer service and the food is so fresh. The price is responsible.

The new owners continue the freshness and quality Jimy Wen’s loyal customers have come to love throughout the years. My family have been customers of Jimy Wen’s since the very first day it opened in Fresno 16 years ago. Even with the new owners and slight changes to the menu, it is still the best around!! We look forward to another 16+ years and amazing food.

I wanted to like this place. Had orange chicken lunch special. The rice was one mushy lump, the noodles were over buttered and crunchy. Chicken was okay.

Very disappointed my wife and I would go there at least once a week and get the chef's dinner For 2 ,since new owners took it over they changed it you have to have at least 3 in order to get the chefs dinner who brings a 3rd person for a date night!!!So tonight my wife got the garlic chicken with fried rice, it was more like mushy rice not happy at all! I think we will find a new restaurant.
