Overall it has some food if you’re hungry. They stop serving breakfast at 10AM which seems a little early. Food is okay. It seems like they always run out of something (today it was buns). The servers are good if they help you, because they’ve moved to a QR code menu system. This system sucks. It’s a shame because this is the only restaurant in this airport. It could be amazing but it’s not. Prices were kinda high but it is California…

Food is what you expect, not standout, not terrible, due to the lack of other places to eat, this one eatery has burnt out their staff to the point of them not caring anymore. They are out of stock of a lot of items, the service is slow and when you do get your food, there's a chance they forgot part of what was supposed to come with it. If it weren't the only place to eat, it wouldn't be a problem. But because it is the only place to eat, service is slow, staff don't want to be there, and the food is just mid, I completely understand these poor reviews. Do better Fresno airport, you're called FAT and you don't even have proper fat making places

Only place to eat unfortunately. Not greeted upon arrival. Sat at the bar for 5 min before even a hello. After waiting 30 minutes for a club sandwich, it shows up with no bacon. Salt and pepper shakers are filthy and grimy. Absolutely disgusting. And they have the nerve to charge $17.99 for that and fries are extra.

The whole airport is shortstaffed and this includes the bar / restaurant area if you even want to call it that. Customer are expected to order from an app and staff is instructed not to help unless done through app.

Airport food is always expensive and it’s hit miss if it’s good.

Worst service ever and pretty much required to tip even though no one deserves it. They completely ignored us. My kids were hungry and flight delayed. Even after I went up and asked for a menu...waited....they served other new people. Then they yelled at me for switching seats to charge my phone. Finally I had to ask if they served children or were ignoring us on purpose to which the server questioned why I would even ask that question!!!!! We had three different servers all together, several charges and tips later and still didn't get all we ordered. The place should be renamed to "Tip.........and Nothing"

Don’t sit at the end table off wall seems like you get no attention or service available for sitting there … but any customer that sits across from those tables get more attention… or maybe it was the gear I was wearing ??♂️. Who knows but server should service everyone equally…..

I've been here several times. Food is okay, and thats generous. The service, however, is a special kind of terrible. Really slow at its very best and non existent at its worst. I've had to walk around and find someone to take my order. Other times I've walked out after sitting at a table for 10 minutes without being served.

This is the only sit down restaurant within the secure area. It apparently was named John Muir Tavern in the past, but changed to Tap & Pour in fall 2023. At 9:30am on a Friday in early November, there was plenty of seating. Note that even though you’re handed a comprehensive food menu and drink list, breakfast food is all that is served before 10. Not a huge menu, especially if you have dietary requirements. I went with the toasted breakfast brioche. It was actually better than expected, with a fresh enriched bun, egg (I asked for scrambled), bacon, and cheese. Tater tots were on the side. The meal was supposed to come with salsa, but it was left off, and I wouldn't have used it anyway, so no problem there. My order came out in a plastic to-go container because the dishwasher was being repaired at the time. It was a proper carb load to help me get through the first log leg in a day of flights. The overall service was good, with the food out in about 10 minutes. The check was fast, too. That attention is much appreciated in an airport before a flight!

Breakfast sandwich is not even really edible. Took a few bites and threw it out. Really thick, dry bun and the bacon was chewy and one piece was miscolored like it was probably rotten. Basically I paid 15$ for tots because that's all I could eat.

I've been working 12 hour days all week traveling and after not eating all day decided to try this place (is the only one). I tried the BBQ Steakhouse burger, it had ZERO flavor, the onions were half grilled and the tots were probably twice deep fried. I'll just go hungry next time.

Changed the name probably? But should be honest about the time they’re open till.Their kitchen closes at 8pm. After that, good luck finding anything decent to eat.
When I arrived most people were sitting at the bar, which must be the only good thing here.I ordered two things here: 1. the steakhouse burger (or whatever the "premium" one was) 2. Wings with the korean sauce. When asking for drinks, it felt like they were out of a lot of things. Even the lady next to me was asking for wine and out of the whole page of wines they had two. I got water. The wings were fine. They got soggy eventually, but the sauce was actually pretty tasty. The burger was kind of problematic. First it had 0 flavor. It had cooked onions, I think it was missing the sauce it comes with, but had 0 flavor, and when I opened it to put at least ketchup on it (which didnt help) it was apparent that this burger was a frozen puck before. For $21.50 I would have expected more. I upgraded to tots, but they apparently were out, and I got a sad pile of fries. The service was also lacking. For starters, I was never told they were out of tots. I would have just done the included chips, and not paid for fries that looked like they were undercooked. Second, my food was sitting there a while. Where i was sitting I could see into the kitchen and I saw the plates up there that I thought were mine, and confirmed about 9 minutes later when they came out.The atmosphere gets a two simply as the organization of the place its hard to tell where the self-service tables are, and where the full service tables are.Unfortunately unless you want a muffin from Peets, this seems to be the only place to get something to eat here at the Fresno airport. As others have stated, better off eating before you get here, or pack a sandwich. Don't waste your money.

Only had tots and iced tea, so limited value if my opinion. Tots were not cooked hot or crispy, which was sad. Iced tea was fine. Service was great. My table mates had a hamburger and it looked good.
