This is the only sit down restaurant within the secure area. It apparently was named John Muir Tavern in the past, but changed to Tap & Pour in fall 2023. At 9:30am on a Friday in early November, there was plenty of seating. Note that even though you’re handed a comprehensive food menu and drink list, breakfast food is all that is served before 10. Only had tots and iced tea, so limited value if my opinion. Tots were not cooked hot or crispy, which was sad. Iced tea was fine. Service was great. My table mates had a hamburger and it looked good.
We grabbed a quick drink before our flight and the bartender was great! I can't remember her name but she was super quick and friendly! Always had a smile on her face and she was funny! Joe had a beer and I had a bloody Mary! It was delicious! ? Would definitely recommend. It does get really busy though!
