Hey everyone! I just ate at Jowli’s Filipino Cuisine, and let me tell you—it was bomb! I had the pork adobo with three extra egg rolls, and it was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend it! It gets the official Triple T Approval from me.

I can only review the Shanghai lumpia. I really wanted some, and they are one of the few places that makes them in Fresno. They are smaller in size. They tasted great. The only thing is they look just like the ones you can buy at the asian market. Still, they were cooked perfectly and tasted good. It was a buffet style restaurant. The food looked good. Service was great and got my food in a reasonable time. Will be back to try other food and grab more lumpias again.

Been trying this place out, I keep coming back. They have a lot of unique dishes to try and they are all good.
They sell a dessert pastry filled with banana. You get a to-go container full for 5$. Such a good deal and they taste amazing.
Friendly staff, clean and comfortable lobby.

I tried the 10-piece lumpia box and I liked it but it was very greasy. Service was okay, and I ordered rice and an ice cold Sunkist with my order. Overall, decent place ??

Lunch today eating fish sisig, pinak bet and having halo halo for dessert was the best we've eaten. I am happy to have had the halo halo as close as traditional as I remember when I was a child (shaved ice), especially attending Philippine Weekend festivities in Delano many times. 5 star food. Very simple and delicious food. Thank you and we will be back soon!
Ordered 200 lumpia and a half tray of pancit over the phone on May 31. Spent about 5 minutes discussing my order and info with a gentleman. He even gave me the total cost and confirmed the pickup time before hanging up. I’ve ordered the same way for 4 graduation parties since 2019 and have NEVER had a problem before. In fact, they always tell me that all they need is an hour advance notice. On the day of our party, June 1, my husband arrived at Jowli’s at 3pm as confirmed. He was told that there was no order for me. He even gave them the details and cost. They had nothing and nobody there fessed up. They told him they would have it ready in 20 minutes if he still wanted it. He confirmed he still wanted it and agreed to the 20 minutes, but went to pick up our cake order in the meantime. When he came back, they told him that they did not start the order because they assumed he wasn’t coming back. He then had to wait another 30 minutes with our cake in the car! They did give him a free small biko for the trouble. Our party started at 4pm and my husband did not arrive until 4:30pm. This has never happened before. They’re usually very punctual with our order ready to go. This is the only reason I gave 4 stars and not 5. As usual, the lumpia, pancit, and biko were delicious.
