My first time here and my last, to any Judy's Doughnut shops. I don't want to waste my hard earned money on gross tasting doughnuts. Their products all taste the same. Not a fan. I like a little crunch, these are squishy (I could wring them out, from the oil they were cooked in). I bought sugar raised/twist, plain cake, chocolate cake, crumb raised/cake. Not just squishy, greasy too. Not good. I didn't try all of them. I could tell the texture just by touching them. My husband tried the doughnuts and he didn't like the doughnuts either; he loves doughnuts. I would take them back, but unfortunately, I live out of town.

Super rude !!!! Cute donuts but super rude ! Not friendly ! Especially to kids . funny being they have cute donuts and just ready to kick us out ! Btw 3.75 for each donut and rude service As a traveler I definitely take the time to review ! So -1 star

We had just finished eating and were passing by this donut shop when my girls started saying how good those donuts looked so we went in and wow!!! The specialty donuts are adorable they have a great selection of donuts the flavor is really good and they are soft not to mention the lady that was in the front super nice since we walked through the door definitely coming back when we're in the area!

I have been coming here for an about 2 years just kind of off and on and I’m not sure if they are under new management or what but the girls that used to be here were always in a bad mood seems like I almost didn’t go for a while because of that but lately the people working there are different and more pleasant and very friendly. Also the donuts and the sandwiches are delicious…

Keep an eye on how much you are charged and what you get. I don’t understand how I got charged 18.05 for 9 donuts and 1 specialty, when a dozen costs 17???

Went in today. The lady working the counter was super rude. No customer service what so ever. Walked up and said what do you want??? We choose a couple fancy donuts and she seemed annoyed we had messed up her displayed. Took a minute to fix everything before serving us. (There was a small fly in one of the donut cases- you would think she would be more worried about maggots than fixing and open spot). Never again. So rude. Please stay away! Editing to add pics of donut growing mold (making this visit even worse)!

Only reason for review is to say really make sure and pay attention to the amount of donuts you pay for and the amount you get. I ordered 16 regular donuts and three specialty donuts but got charged for 18. Did not notice until I got home and I live in a different town. Please be aware
Dude im so done with this place, I work within the shopping center here and thing at Judy's have changed for the worst. The new employee that has been there for the past month is a joke of an employee. She ALWAYS has the worst look on her face like she is serving time in death row, she does NOT greet or thank customers, and she cant even use a damn microwave! She just has to press idk maybe 4 and 5 on the microwave to make it atleast edible. Nothing but a cold sandwich for a 15seconds and she walks to the back to do other tasks since they probably are trying to save money on payroll. Who knows, I gave this place MANY chance but either management or ownership needs to be re-evaluated in order to save this place!
