The burger and jalapeno poppers here were enjoyable. A cheap spot to have a quick lunch. Next time I come around, I'm going to try the philly cheese steak. The workers were pretty nice.

This place is a great find! It received four stars instead of five due to the price increase which it's safe to say that we all find it a bit discouraging. However, I will choose to go here rather than to Carl's Jr, Burger King, and McDonald's anytime. The food is made as you order. Sure, it takes a bit more time to wait. But to me the wait is worth it. Love the friendly staff and they do pretty well at maintaining the cleanliness of their restrooms and eating area. The eating area is very small by the way. So first-come-first-sit I say is the strategy. Decent tables outside for sitting. Although there's only two tables and a Drive-Thru. It's definitely worth a try if you are in the area.

If you see the Google maps description not looking right, let them know. They've been harassed/hacked before and I noticed that today; the Google maps menu descriptions were all changed to negatively portray the food. Don't fall for it. You'll see they're consistent !
I’ve always believed that great customer service is just as important as the quality of the food. Unfortunately, Juicy Burger completely missed the mark on this. The food itself is decent—I’d rate it a 10/10 when everything is right. However, if the service is disrespectful or lackluster, that drops to a 1/10 for me.
I placed an order last night (03/28) and tried calling afterward to address an issue I had with their drinks. On a previous order, the Fruit Punch was extremely watered down, so I wanted to give them a heads-up this time. But before I could even get through half of my sentence, I was abruptly hung up on. That level of disregard is unacceptable, and for that reason alone, I won’t be ordering from Juicy Burger again.
Good food should be matched by good service, and when that’s lacking, it ruins the entire experience.
EDIT (in response to the Owner): The complete lack of accountability from you or your staff—despite the fact that I have both an eyewitness and a phone recording to support every word of my review—only reinforces the validity of my claims. It is one of the best little burger spots in town, delicious burgers, fresh crispy fries, and chicken nuggets. Staff is always friendly and quickly turns around an order for a place that serves everything fresh and everything is reasonably priced. I look forward to supporting this establishment for many years to come.
