Food is delicious BUT they will NOT give you the sauce you pay for ...it lists on their menu that each entree comes with a sauce I even added extra sauce that I paid for and didn't get a single one and this has happened multiple times now .....I call and her response is oh you can drive back for the sauce ...I live far and that'd cost me extra money to drive for something I already paid for. They don't offer a refund or a replaced order they didn't even put the sauce inside the wraps which it specifys on the menu that it comes with sauce. 60$ in food that we can't enjoy because it's dry because they refuse to adhere to their own menu .....

Restaurant has a sign in front of the cash register saying menu prices are a cash discount price and there is a 4% charge for using card. We paid cash to avoid this charge and were still charged the 4%. When we told the girl working she said its only a couple of cents. I told her it's several dollars in total based on the price we paid because it is 4% and she overcharged us. She said she understood and to have a nice day.... I said to her, you're not going to refund me? You overcharged me. She said no she can't refund until the shift is over, she said you can call us but you need to call several times because sometimes they're busy and wont answer. Insanely unprofessional and they ripped us off. We wont be back.

I ordered a Gyro Wrap with a salad and rice pilaf. Normally when I have ordered food it's been very good. But my wrap was missing the tzatziki sauce which really makes the wrap. I was really disappointed. It kind of ruined my meal. I hope that next time it's better

Food was cold. Had to reheat in microwave and this made the lamb tough. Baklava was like cardboard so dry you couldn’t eat it. Called management and demanded a refund $46 for a meal you can’t eat have not heard anything back

Dont waste your time ordering extra sauce!! This has happened multiple times specifically with the tazaki sauce. I love sauce and always ask for a side of it. First time it was a mobile order and I foolishly didn’t check my bag. Second time I ordered again with an extra side of tazaki and saw sauce containers in the bag 👍🏻 unfortunately when I got home I realized it was dressing for the salad and tamarind sauce for the samosas 👎🏻. Pretty disappointing when its on my order slip and I paid extra for it. Seems like other people say they try to pass it off as “they put it on the wrap” definitely no extra sauce here.

I ordered the gyro. It was really dry, I opened it up and it didn’t seem to have any tzatziki. I asked for some and they said they already put some. I opened the gyro and asked where? They said they don’t put much otherwise it gets too wet. So they gave me some in a container. It looked strange, nothing like tzatziki. It was flavorless, not creamy or yogurt based, and also half frozen with ice in it. Sorry but not a good meal. For a $15 wrap you expect a little better.
Usually have had a good experience here, the food tastes good, but tonight I did a pick up order on their app for a garlic chicken wrap with rice pilaf, and a beef shawarma with rice pilaf. I paid for extra garlic sauce as well and neither wraps had ANY sauce. It was disappointing and VERY dry. How can you have Mediterranean food without the garlic sauce?! Didn’t find out until I was home and by then it was too late to drive all the way back to do anything about it.

The falafel salad was delicious but wish the dressing has more flavor. On the more pricy side as we. The honey cauliflower was my favorite! We also got a side of tzatziki and it was just missing the garlic and creamy flavor I’m used to. It was still good just not my favorite.
