Since when is it the customers job to provide customer service I felt like my kindness was taken for weakness and was meet with blunt rudeness i was appalled by a employee I asked for my money back I didnt even want my food anymore do better‼️

Food is ok. It would be better if they were open until 9pm not 8pm. For a college town that is a very early time to close imagine the money they would make if they would stay open one hour later

First time having food from here and it was delicious. Got the katsu chicken plate. Teryaki sauce was good.

Went there for the first time and wasn't sure what to expect. Turns out it was really good.

We got the teriyaki chicken plate with white rice and tempura veggies and a tri tip plate with the same sides. I thought it was a bit expensive, 12 and 14 dollars per plate, but let me say it was worth it. I'm a big guy and was hungry and I think half the chicken plate would have satisfied me. My gf ate about a third of the tri tip plate. We probably could have shared a plate easily. Tri tip was cooked well, very soft and cut into about 1 inch cubes and there was plenty. The chicken was the same, very tender and had a good flavor. For each plate you got teriyaki and soy sauce. The white rice was cooked well and the tempura was very large pieces and cooked just right.

They have bottled soda, water and fountain drinks. Plastic utensils were abundant in open containers and also the sanitary ones that give one at a time. Ice cup provided happily and they were really nice to answer all my questions before ordering to figure out what I wanted. They also show the plate and bowl sizes at the register which I thought was great so you know what to expect.

The price was a bit expensive but the amount was good and it was worth it. I would have liked a smaller portion option (bowl?) at a lesser price but it did not go to waste 😂 they also had fries, and very large salads (at least that is what they told me)

I would go there again and would recommend it to family. Pic is of my teriyaki chicken plate. The rice is filling and looks like a little but it's a lot.

The prices are descent however , the cashier Adriana R seemed so stressed I literally felt super rushed to order I wanted to order something else but she seemed very rushed to get my order done understand we went to get through the orders etc however , customers need to feel welcomed and not rushed .
I hope she had a nice day though understand being busy maybe having rough day @ work but US consumers make the business happen!

The food was great!! The service is not so great, unfortunately. Be ready to order because I wanted a bowl she gave me a plate, and she wouldn't change it?? She just assumed a plate she didn't ask me? And stated to me it's on the screen!! In an unpleasant tone? Made me wonder if she was even happy working there. Totally ruined my night . Well, at least the food was good, but I won't be rushing to go back no8 time soon. Service is everything!!! No food is that good to be treated in such a manner.

I had a very unpleasant experience. From the start, they were rude and dismissive, making the entire interaction feel rushed and uncomfortable. There was clear tension between us, and rather than trying to improve the situation, they only made it worse. Customer service and basic respect seemed to be lacking. I would not recommend working with them.
