Don’t go there much but the food is always good but this time I went the lady kinda tall with black hair at the cash register was very rude I asked what are the substitutes for vegetables and she just points at the menu like I’m suppose to read every little detail. the atmosphere I can feel the tension I don’t know if she had a bad day but it shouldn’t have been taken out on the customers. Disrespectful and needs more customer service training

One of my favorite spots here in Fresno, California, but I don’t know what they put in the water today. The customer service was really bad zero patients and very rushing. I love this place. Food is great. The atmosphere is good but today must’ve been a bad day for them .

Walked in and there were 3 people working but not a single one asked if they could assist us. They didn’t acknowledge that I was there And that’s weird because I left my Harry Potter invisibility cloak At home. But seriously i love the food here but sadden because now I don’t even wanna go in. I never leave reviews but I felt compelled to do so today.

Been a loyal customer since opening day & before at Petes teriyaki...anyways- never had any problems, always satisfied with quality & price. Haven't been here in a while since the new menu changes. I understand prices go up & portions go down but service should not be impacted. I was here today & the woman that came from the back to tell me my order was ready was extremely unprofessional. The look on her face & tone of her voice was completely unnecessary. I was not aware of the changes in policy pertaining to sauces. I would have gladly paid for extra sauce. I felt embarrassed to be treated like a child as she was scalding me in front of other customers for something so trivial.
