Can't find where the quality went. Maybe it's just my luck when I visited as of recent. My last few visits haven't been to the standards I'm used to from them. It's been a long time customer Kenjis is one my favorite places to eat. I came by this past evening and ordered the fried fish plate. A plate I ordered numerous times. The fish was undercooked from 3 out of the 4 pieces of fish. I tried calling but the phone goes to a greeting that deters you to their website. I would've went back but I live out of town so definitely wasn't fighting the fog for some fried fish. I'm disappointed with the non existent customer service if you're not directly in front of them. They typically have friendly staff and a clean establishment I really enjoyed visiting but count me out over the downhill food quality and poor communication options.

Food is great! But unfortunately the girl taking orders in the front (Adriana) was very rude and seems like she hates her job! definitely not good for customer service and DEFINITELY not a good person to have for your business I see a lot of the same complaints on here of the same girl! other than the Ogre working the front we loved the food!

We love this place, they have good food! The staff is rude and not friendly every time we go. It sucks and I would go more if staff didn’t suck so bad with attitude.

This is genuinely my favorite place to eat food. Like ever. I love the staff, love the food, love the vibe. The prices are incredible for the amount and quality of food you get. I would give this place 15 stars out of 5 if I could. I love you Kenjis Teriyaki Grill pls never go away. 🧡

Hands down the best teriyaki place I've ever been to. The portions are enormous, even for a big guy like me. The food is so good, its hard to stop eating though lol. They are also incredibly clean. They wipe tables down almost immediately after guests leave.

Great local spot. They serve great portions and the food tastes fresh. A lot of ways to customize your food for the health conscious customers. Good bang for your buck. It’s also one of those weird places that has signs everywhere about up-charging you for random things or things they won’t do. Feels excessive. But overall great spot!

That spicy mayo is really good. Probably not the best for a sit down meal considering how full it gets and the traffic of those picking up. Food is that good.

Flew in from arizona and that teriyaki tri-tip stood no chance. The flavor was top tier. Glad I came here ! I might have to stop here on the way back to the airport ! Great stuff

Okay I have been coming here for awhile thought it was time to do a review. The teriyaki bowls are wonderful, kenji's does not go cheap on filling the bowls. They are big and filled to the brim. You can get dark meat, white meat or mix of both. Even katsu chicken. The prices have gone up a bit since I started coming here. But the portions have stayed the same which is great. (some places, price goes up and portions go down). The tempura is great the sauces like teriyaki spicy mayo are all wonderful. Food comes of quick and hot 🔥.staff is good. I think the staff lady up front could Crack a smile but all around great food. Come here you won't regret it.

Kenji's food tastes delicious don't get me wrong. Im giving a 3 star because of my own experience. You know how society likes to joke about Taco Bell giving people diarrhea after eating their food? That's the case for me with Kenji. I don't know what it is within the ingredients they use but in 2 different occasions the Teriyaki chicken bowl AND plate have given diarrhea. Maybe my body is just weird and reacting to it differently from most people. I don't really know. Aside from the food, this lady cashier that takes my order always has a nasty attitude as If I'm annoying her. Im not someone who has 20 questions about the menu or anything like that, I usually keep it simple and just order what I want and move out the way. Anyways, I would give kenji's a solid 4 stars but because of how the food is for me, I just can't. BUT I DO recommend kenji's.

Stopped in on my way home to grab lunch for myself and my family. Had never been here before but it had good ratings on Google. I ordered teriyaki chicken bowls and a tri tip salad. My husband and son loved the chicken bowls. I ordered the mixed white and dark meat. My husband got the spicy sauce and I ordered a side of spicy mayo...so good. The salad is definitely not for just one person, it was a big salad! The tri tip was tender and delicious. They serve it with a house made dressing. It had a little too much ginger for me but not a deal breaker. I would for sure go back to try the other items on the menu.
