Okay I have been coming here for awhile thought it was time to do a review. The teriyaki bowls are wonderful, kenji's does not go cheap on filling the bowls. They are big and filled to the brim. You can get dark meat, white meat or mix of both. Even katsu chicken. The prices have gone up a bit since I started coming here. But the portions have stayed the same which is great. Kenji's food tastes delicious don't get me wrong. Im giving a 3 star because of my own experience. You know how society likes to joke about Taco Bell giving people diarrhea after eating their food? That's the case for me with Kenji. I don't know what it is within the ingredients they use but in 2 different occasions the Teriyaki chicken bowl AND plate have given diarrhea. Stopped in on my way home to grab lunch for myself and my family. Had never been here before but it had good ratings on Google. I ordered teriyaki chicken bowls and a tri tip salad. My husband and son loved the chicken bowls. I ordered the mixed white and dark meat. My husband got the spicy sauce and I ordered a side of spicy mayo...so good.
