Ordered almost $200 worth of food this morning for a 12:30 pick up. Waited until 1:15 for the food. I had a whole roomful of people waiting for food, but they finally had to leave since our lunch was over. I had a lot of disappointed kids. KFC refused to give a discount, but offered a small box of biscuits. Terrible customer service. I will not be going back again.

Warning for all customers, don’t trust them even if you told them to put extra hot sauce. The lady at the window told me after I ask for the third time there is extra extra hot sauce. I get home to find out there is only 4 hot sauce. Not even enough for the 10 piece chicken I ordered. Just ridiculous!!!

Went to go order today and was treated very horribly when ordering through the drive through. Asked if I can get the wings fresh and was given attitude by the lady on the mic. Will never come here again. She said that they barely opening yet I always get very dry or stale food . Better off going to another kfc location.

The grease was very old, cause you can tell the chicken didn't taste fresh. Do ñot go to KFC on Shaw they will either forget something in your order or their food is sickning
Very friendly staff, clean dining area and restrooms, and fast turnaround for dine in food. Everything was hot, crispy, fresh and tasted awesome, would definitely come back here.

Online ordered Tuesday 7/29, 30 mins ahead on the app hoping my chicken would be fresh and when opened the bucket, very disappointing. I received old burnt chicken. I’m not talking just one piece. All of it was burnt and old. The mash potatoes were sour. I’m assuming those were also old or kept out of temperature because it was so bad and sour. Very disappointing as the chicken is not cheap. Was just trying to feed my 4 boys after being at doctors offices all day!
