We ordered a 12 piece family meal with extra crispy chicken. Came home and discovered we were given original recipe. Chicken consisted of 1 breast, 4 drumsticks and rest were thighs. No wings. Very disappointed. That was the third KFC we went to to get crispy chicken and still didn’t get it.

We ordered on Grubhub and our order was fulfilled from this location. Chicken tenders, mashed potatoes and Cole slaw were all very good but we did not get our dipping sauces which are part of the meal selection.

5 stars all across the board. They honor all of your coupons and are very accurate with big orders. They are honest about the wait times and have great customer service. Food is excellent as well.

Today, the drive was busy.I was a walk-in, it took some time to get to me to order.Over very good customer service, pleasant and well mannered.
By far the worst KFC in Fresno. We had went through the drive through and not only did they forget our famous bowls they even forgot to charge us for them! To make it worse they even forgot the drinks we ordered that came with our combo meals. HOW DO YOU FORGET THE DRINKS? They also messed up our order 2x. One meal asked for mashed potatos and they didn’t even provide mashed potato’s they put fries in there instead. They also forgot the butter we asked but that’s not as important. Fries were dry and cold. We had paid extra for the combos just to not even get the full expense of our item. Ridiculous utterly ridiculous
