My family and I had a great dinner! We ordered a 12-piece extra crispy, bucket of chicken. The chicken was really fresh and hot to order. The staff was very nice and checked how we were doing. The food was amazing. So fresh and hot. I usually don't like chicken breast because it is dry, but this chicken breast was super juicy and tender. The biscuits were so fresh and hot and tge coleslaw was so fresh and had that crunch. I will only ho to this one for now on.

Food was good I don't normally eat KFC but the chicken breading was flavorful, fries were cooked right and the BBQ sauce was amazing. What stood out was the landscaping in the drive thru. It's the most beautiful selection of drought tolerant plants I've seen. Highly recommend this spot.

A couple weeks ago I was literally that person calling 15 minutes before closing(long day) and I had a pregnant woman coming home expecting some hot kfc which I had unfortunately forgotten. So I called to see if If I could make an over the phone order to cut time and the woman over the phone apologized as they do not accept orders or over the phone payment. So out of fear and desperation I explained my situation a bit and although they could not and would not accept payment over the phone she would be happy to get my order ready and just had to be there before they closed. With just 5 minutes I quickly bit safely made it with 1 minute to spare.i paid and thanked them half expecting them to be a little annoyed (understandably). All of them had good spirits and were pretty cool about the whole situation. All this to say thanks to these kind people I didn't die or have to do dishes. thank you guys and I also like to mention how clean it always is. You guys are awesome and keep up the great work. Definitely a great experience.(sorry a bit late posting but wanted to give credit where it's due)

I have come to this location several times and everyone is always nice. Place is clean, food is fresh and if anything is wrong, they are quick to fix it. The manager Lucky has been so sweet each time I come in. She has a great staff and I hope this location stays this good. Definitely reccomend this location for northwest Fresno.
