We ordered online. We live around the corner and thought we’d try it for the first time. The chicken looked like it was days old! So dry and no meat on it, probably from sitting for days or all day! Terrible! I almost took the chicken back but didn’t want to waste my time. Never going back!!

I had high hopes and was unfortunately let down. My food was cold. Famous bowl had no gravy. Strips tasted like they had been sitting for awhile. The staff appeared incompetent and not familiar with the menu. I'm disappointed, I'll stick to the one on Shaw even if it's a farther drive.

After ordering and only wanted chicken original they said i coud only get half original and other half is real hot. And due to the mis understanding they didn't seem to know how to do a void, the girl just gave me my full refund and said i will have to go to the back of the line if I wanted the chicken. Like wtheck, I go can I get a small drink and she said get back in line. Horrible place.

I went thru drive thru and all I wanted was a bucket of original chicken. Was told they would have to make it half and half. The lady was charging me $44 dollars I said I didn’t want that so I said I’ll just get the meal she said you have to go around again and get in line I said what she was giving me my $50 dollars back and asked me for the $2.01 cent back that she gave me…Worst service I ever had.

My first experience at this location was extremely horrible because of Jasmine, Danielle, and Cyrus, I went on lunch when Cyrus was kekeing with the car in front of me .. proceeded to take 5/6 mins talking to them and when I came to the window was told I had to park when I asked why was told I would have to wait for my food when asked why if they said the chicken nuggets take 8 mins when they are dropped and since no one was behind me and my boyfriend I asked to just wait, two seconds later my food was handed to me and the chicken was raw (see picture) I went back in to get a refund and was laughed at when I said it was a health concern serving raw chicken the food was not looked at // called corporate which took a week to get back to me when Edgar (who I was told isn’t the district manager of the spruce location by the very nice lady answers corporates phones ) did he offered me a big box meal to make up for it I went back to give this location one more shot yesterday . When I arrived I was very polite and said I was her to fix an order that was wrong and my name and she said uhhh well pull up we can see what we can do at the window I asked if she wanted to know what I wanted so I don’t make their wait times go up by waiting in the drive thru . She said no like I said we can see what we can do at the window . I get up to the window where she walks away as soon as I pull up so I wait for a min or two and then she finally walks over and said her manager is getting what I needed and I asked what she meant by that to which she rolled her eyes and said he’ll be up here with what you need and I reply how if you don’t even know my order .? I ask her name and honestly am completely blanking on other than it started with a K . The shift supervisor came up and basically was like what do I want explained what happened and what meal I wanted and then was told to park again . All staff here is rude and unprofessional . They Also none wear name tags ( so you don’t know who they are unless you ask)

Since when is the gravy it's own side? It doesn't just come with the mashed potatoes anymore? So dumb. Also the nuggets were far from crispy or fresh

The food was terrible! Guessing the chicken was cooked hours ago. Dry and bad, ugh. My order was missing the two sides. My wifes wraps were the wrong items. I would have returned for items but their receipt machine was down. Would not recommend this store. Wish I had my $25 bucks back!

Racist comment made by drive through worker. DO NOT EAT HERE IF YOU ARE INDIAN!!!The drive through worker (Siris) made a comment in a racist Indian accent at the end of taking my order. Which was heard by the manager on duty (Lilly). When I went inside, I demanded an apology which I did receive but the reasoning was "because he had heard my English accent" which is clearly B.S. Lilly claimed that siris would be sent home, which he was not. I drove through the parking lot after getting food somewhere else to verify. Lilly had also spoken to the general manager (Jazmine) who made no attempt at making things right. The following day I called the management company (Jem Restaurant management) which I had to call multiple times before I received a call back. The short answer I received was that they could not guarantee he would be let go due to HR. I feel like this is a cop out due to Siris confirming the statement was made and the manager hearing him. Racist comments towards customers should have a zero tolerance but they do not seem to at this location.

Just went here for the first time & got the Hot & Spicy Wings! They were Hot , Crunchy and Fresh! They had nice people working there that were friendly. No attitudes like at all like some other places. I'll be back!

Offers on line ordering and specials on their App. Tried to order on the app and got statement that on line wasn't available at this location after filling out the order and wasting time. Decided to just go to the location and order was was billed as the special- was told it would cost over double the advertised on line special. So they draw you in with on line specials, have you fill out the mobile order form, then tell you on line order isn't available, then want to charge double to order on site. I'll go elsewhere.
