When my mom went to go ask for the code yo the restroom the lady or Manger told us to wait she waited like 5 minutes my mom asked can she just gave the code the lady there said no aggressively she was acting like we were going to go around handing the code out to homeless people I swear I hope she gets fired

Now I know fast food is fast food but this was a terrible experience. The staff taking orders here had a poor tone and was so busy talking over me in some giant rush that she still (after repeating herself a hundred times) still forgot to add one of the meals, except for the drink. Now to make to add to the night, we are not local and do not have a kitchen to go to. The service here definitely didn’t go above and beyond to make sure the customer was happy- couldn’t even provide a fork. Or a simple pouch of honey/butter. If you like disappointment over and over. This is the fast food for you.
By far the worst KFC I’ve been to in a while.

Why did I come in to use the bathroom and was told I couldn't purchase biscuits to use the restroom, I had to make a $5 purchase. I'm not homeless nor do I look it. I actually clean something in the bathrooms as a thank you for allowing me to use it. I do this everywhere I go. I was livid. I don't know if she was being a Karen, but that's a ridiculous policy for those who aren't homeless nor look it.

I been going every Tuesday for their special. The drive thru employee Irene was excellent and helpful. I was in the drive thru less than 3 minutes in and out. It was a pleasant experience thanks to her. True customer service.

If I could give you a Zero, I would.... to the 'lovely' young lady working the drive thru this evening, you ma'am are the main reason for this review. I pulled up around 10:40, and the young lady over the mic, announced that you have NOTHING available, and if I order I would have to wait for it, 'Depending on what I order'.. I asked about a 12 piece, to which she explained that the fryers were already turned off for the evening, BEFORE closing, and it takes 20-25 minutes to cook chicken. I understand things take time, and I work in customer service myself. However, the attitude that she had and how she was bold enough to throw it around, not knowing who was on the other end of the order machine, was terrible. I was taught that the last customer should be treated as the FIRST customer of the day. If you only have a limited menu at the end of the evening. Post it somewhere so the customers are aware before pulling in. That's just my friendly suggestion vs. Having someone with an attitude basically saying that 'Yes, we are open, but you're not getting any help from me!'. I understand times are changing, but there's no need for the sass. if you don't want to be there, resign or switch to an earlier shift. Have a lovely evening.

even though I had to wait 7 minutes for the chicken Pie 🥧 it was worth it, My Daughter favorite chicken Pie from KFC, I. was a hot day , cool and fresh inside, and the service was fast n friendly , the young woman who took ny, Order was kind Polite, and professional, great job young woman
