How difficult is it to get an order right? I do big orders, so it's hard to check every items or count. The last 3 orders I had, something is missing, are the staff there visually impaired or unable to read? I rarely write reviews but I had to on this one.

Love kfc but man they will even give you burnt chicken just to sell this franchise is getting away serving crappy chicken compared to the better side of town their chicken is golden and crunchy not soaked in grease in your box

I went a hour in half before closing and a lot of stuff I wanted they didn't have anymore of so compromised but was still good for what I ordered
I bought chicken nuggets and I've gotten bigger pieces than this and I was very disappointed in the serving size I might not order nuggets again.

When my mom went to go ask for the code yo the restroom the lady or Manger told us to wait she waited like 5 minutes my mom asked can she just gave the code the lady there said no aggressively she was acting like we were going to go around handing the code out to homeless people I swear I hope she gets fired

Now I know fast food is fast food but this was a terrible experience. The staff taking orders here had a poor tone and was so busy talking over me in some giant rush that she still (after repeating herself a hundred times) still forgot to add one of the meals, except for the drink. Now to make to add to the night, we are not local and do not have a kitchen to go to. The service here definitely didn’t go above and beyond to make sure the customer was happy- couldn’t even provide a fork. Or a simple pouch of honey/butter. If you like disappointment over and over. This is the fast food for you.
