If I could give a negative star I would.Yesterday I went in with my family. Waited over 30min for food. My sons went and tried to ask for plates and was completely ignored by workers. A lady customer has to tell them to help my son. Also the mangers were very aggressive with how they were speaking to a lady waiting for food. They called her names and called security but they was wrong. Lady asked for managers name to report her and they wouldn’t give their names to her. But threatened to call cops. Very bad experience and service especially from managers.Customers were coming in before and they would telling them they’re not taking anymore order because they were busy. This store needs more workers and different managers.I think one of the mangers name is REBA

We had a bad experience with our door dasher when ordering from here but when we came in to reorder the correct meal, Corey was there to help us with much kindness. They promptly got us our food and treated us very well! Great job and would highly recommend!!

The crispy chicken is always burnt. Someone needs to grow some balls and retrain his/her staff. Service and food is not what it used to be. What a disappointment. ?

If you want to not receive your order after an hour of waiting inside the restaurant or would like to wait 30 mins after your online order is supposed to be ready to still not get food this is the KFC for you. If you don't mind the workers rubbing thier nose or sweaty face with the same gloved hands they are prepping your order with then you should go tonight. If you want the manger to blame all the other employees under him because he can't hold accountability for his lack of composure and knowledge of how to manager a shift then boy oh boy go tonight. Not only will you have an incredibly long wait time there is a likely chance you could get sick or have someone who doesn't know what they are talking about (according to this same manger) give you information then go tonight. However if you are six weeks pregnant and craving chicken cook it. Go to the store buy some and cook. It's less stress and you'll actually get your food. I will literally never come to this specific location again. Actually I'll be there tomorrow to talk to a different manager hopefully the general manager or district manager.
