We had a bad experience last week called the store after getting home. Daniela offered us to come back within the week to get the meal replaced for free, when we went in she was there and was amazing. She replaced our meal made sure we were happy with it before we left and when I asked to buy two drinks, she gave them for free. Her customer service is amazing. She is doing her best to make this location great.

My son (adult) and his cousin a minor who has a disability we planning to get something to eat here they have been walking alone the Canal so they were probably thirsty, his cousin asked for a cup of water and he was denied.. Iām very disappointed with people who are so inconsiderate what is the harm in giving anyone let alone a person with a disability who is clearly thirsty a cup of water shame on you! Regardless you should treat everyone equally they went there to eat but you judge right of the bat ,So my son decided not to purchase anything and they left. Do better for your customers but particularly do better as a human! š yes you can refuse service to anyone but to treat ppl this way is it because heās disabled? Would you do this if a man with a suit comes in asked for a cup of water? Sad that they literally walk there to get some dinnerā¦

Waited 10 minutes at the counter with all the employees in the back. They clearly saw me, I tried yelling excuse me. They just look and say nothing. They clearly were not trained properly. Seems like they work when they want.

I was very disappointed because I always come to this location and itās always been good but I came to the drive through and ordered my family meal like I usually do but this time the mashed potatoes were not full like they usually are and the Mac and cheese and chicken looked old and not fresh so I will not be returning to this location again. And it was not worth $73š¤¦š»āāļø

I feel like I was literally robbed. The sides were so ridiculously small that my family members each had to pick one because there wasn't enough to share. Mashed potatoes cost pennies to make and yet they skimped out so hard I had to make more at home. Probably gonna give it a few years before I bother to think about a KFC again. Save yourself some money and cook at home.

Honestly, I donāt understand what the service industry has come to. I came to this establishment at about 920 mind you there was nobody in the drive-through. It was empty. These people still managed to mess up my order and all I order was one combo and a side of biscuits, I got the wrong soda cool whatever I donāt even drink fountain drinks anyway my fries were cold. My biscuit was extra crunchy. I can honestly say the only thing good out of my whole wrong order was The ranch My chicken was cold never received my side of biscuits and then I called the store and the girl answers talking about if youād like you could come back to the store and I can charge you for them girl I wanted them the first time around I came if I come back to the establishment. I want a full refund. Honestly, save your money. Stay home.

This the worst kfc I came here twice hours before they close to be told they donāt have more chickenā¦.how you run out of chicken at 6 o clock and ur restaurant name has chicken in it ā¦..some lazy mf working here whoever owns this place losing out on a lot of customers and money due to ignorant incompetence workers

Chicken was way too greasy original style and extra crispy chicken tasted like the oil they used to fry it was old. I left my food I think itās the people that work at this kfc donāt care about their job fast food isnāt the same anymore
