Night Shift lacks professionalism. 10/17/24 as I was done ordering on drive threw. Your employees forgot to turnoff speak and started to curse idk if it was towards me or other people customers. I had ordered a 1/2 gallon of lemonade for some reason a rude employee didn’t take my order correctly when I reminded her I had order a gallon and not a large lemonade she rudely stated “We don’t do add on’s” I replied with “Cancel my order” She then gave me an ugly stare and rolled her eyes she then called her manager. That manager was a women with a fade and multiple tattoos on her left hand also gave me a dirty look. I left pretty upset and had to drive 15 minutes to my next local KFC. This will also be my last time going to this unprofessional place

What is This?!?! I paid almost $13 for this... I understand that you are right off the busy 99, and whatnot... but that's still no excuse to serve this to people and be proud of yourselves. Seems like all fast food restaurants are going to crap.... either the quality of food is low, the people you hire don't care or have ANY pride behind their work, or both. And THEN to be OK charging me for little of nothing.... Smh.. I almost didn't get my receipt, I had to ask for it....

I want to start off by saying I had placed an order at this KFC online. I sent my food to the wrong address and called this kfc trying to cancel and be issued a refund. The manager on that day stated that they could not issue a refund since I used the app and long story short I was going to have to take an L and I couldn't get my order rescheduled for a different day. I had work so I couldn't go to this location. I thought took an L. 3 weeks later I received a call from a blocked number it was Edgar who is the district manager he stated that my order will be made and ready when ever I wanted it. Edgar is the real deal thanks man. Costumer service was 5/5.

This is my work lunch KFC, I always have a terrible experience yet I always want to give it another try, I had a nugget meal and ordered a small coleslaw , asked if it was fresh and was told it was. I took one bite and spit out into my napkin, it tasted old and rotten , as it had all the other times . I am done trying . Awful place
