I had to re-enter the store 3 times to correct my order. When I got home, I found that the biscuits were burnt and the mac and cheese were stale. I was very disappointed.

I order online and show up 30 minutes later after and my food still isn't ready. Staff straight up sucks. When I ask for my order the clerk tells me to hold on just to walk around the corner and laugh with their crew. The chicken tenders and fries were just dry and stiff. I went on a Sunday afternoon and I was the only customer in there with a full staff. So, what happened? All that talk written all over the restaurant about "Quality" but what I got just sucked, it was trash and KFC failed on it's CHICKEN. YIKES

The employees here will be drinking on the job, high while they take your order to the point that they ignore you and forget about you because they're too busy joking and playing with each other. They will deny you from ordering even if they have food available. Go to the McDonald's next door instead. Don't waste your time here. Especially at night they don't know what they're doing at all

This place was ridiculous when I arrived there were no customers I thought they were closed when I went inside girls were on there cell phones when are food was finally ready they gave us card board boxes instead of plates pretty gross don't go there unless you want to be disappointed Also other people started coming in and they didn't even acknowledge them till he spoke up very sad!

I loved KFC when the Colonel was alive he had certain standards that had to be met, but since his death those standards have clearly plummeted, but I still go there like every two are three month's for side orders, but I usually cook my own chicken at home now!
