Had to wait for someone to notice me when I was at the counter waiting to order my food. When the server finally wandered up to take my order, I asked her if she was ready. She snapped back, “Yeah. Are you?” It was not the best attitude. I walked out. Customer service should be #1 regardless. Service should be prompt and friendly. I’ll not be back. After reading the reviews regarding the quality of the food, I’m glad I didn’t order anything.

Severely disappointed in this particular KFC. We went through the drive through, they were out of almost every side dish so we couldnt even get what we wanted. They did not take our full order so we didnt recieve part of our food. When I went to check the food i could feel that the wrappers were ice cold. I opened it up to find the food inside also ice cold. If I could feel it just by trying to check it then they could feel it before pytting it in the bag. They KNEW it was cold...read full review
