If you haven't tried this place, it's a must. Kid's Cafe's mission is to "provide an exceptional community-based work experience for students enrolled in special needs education services offered by the Fresno County Superintendent of Schools." The food is delicious and it's a great service to our community.

I adore this place. All the staff are amazing with big smiles and helpful attitudes. It's great to be able to order online and then go in and grab it. They even make sure to make my latte extra hot because they know I get busy, and it usually takes me a while to pick up. If you aren't a regular, you can just add a note to the order. They'll do their best to take care of you. Large latte for $5 makes it the best AND the cheapest. Don't miss out on the scones either. For $1 you can't go wrong regardless of which flavor you try (Blueberry, cinnamon chip or chocolate chip - availability varies). They're fresh and not covered in Frosting or filled with preservatives. Brownies are the same way. I love that you have access to a bunch of fresh ingredients and you get to choose - salad, pizza, or sandwich. Try the housemade balsamic vinegrette - great flavor to salad, sandwich or pizza. Give it a try and support a great program and a wonderful bunch of people.

Lovely place!! glad we stumbled upon it. Clean open floor plan. Ordered tomato soup luxuriously creamy and SO tasty!!! Sandwich combo with home made chips delicious and a drink. The Mac and cheese is a must try, very flavorful.

had a cappuccino and a ciabatta pizza. cool place. i had no idea what it was until i walked in. they train disabled children from fresno unified. it’s cute to see the kids being trained and i overall like the set up. i will come here whenever i have a chance

I love the idea of this place. They allow those with disability the opportunity to get work experience and build social skills. A group of us from work ordered online. Ordering online was really easy. I ordered a ham and bacon sandwich with the homemade chips. I asked for my sandwich toasted but they didn't. I even walked in and as they were making it and they have their toaster right next to them. The sandwich was huge but was just ok. I didn't like the roll. My favorite was the homemade chips. I wish I had more of them! Possibly will go back to make a pizza.
