we went last Sunday for brunch, atmosphere was great. owners were cool upon first entry and made space for us which we appreciated. drinks were good! food took awhile felt like they lowkey forgot but was fine since we were having fun. reason for the one star review is the waitress & service she provided. kinda rude the whole way through & just now noticed after spending $150 & giving my waitress a cash tip. she took it upon herself to add an almost 20 dollar tip on my card on top of what I gave her. waitress ruined it & because of that we won’t be going back. just a fair warning to anyone else thinking of going here.

I've been going to kockys for a couple years now and it service and food has always been great although tonight I went and had the worst experience ever and will never go back the food was great as always tonight we were trying to get napkins and was not seen whatsoever due to two waiters being on their phones and not even paying attention there was loud music playing which was totally fine we try to ask the bartender for napkins and she got upset thinking we were yelling but we weren't we were just trying to speak over the music so she got an attitude really bad and went and told the other waiters so they started getting bad attitudes I ask one of the waiters for three boxes and she told me yes I'll be right back we waited for approximately 7-8 minutes with nothing I tried to go up and the Caucasian waiter got super rude with me so I started calling them on everything that they did and they got super upset when they came all three of them came up to the table and we're getting super loud and we're super angry I told them all I wanted was service but every time I try to get it they were either on their phone or gossiping I had asked to speak with a manager and they told me one wasn't there but when one said I was going to be banned they said I'll go tell the manager right now so I called her on it and she got even more mad because I called her on it I don't know her name but she is a Mexican waiter and she has braces as I was leaving she was flipping me off and being super rude so the owners of kockys you can go ahead and review your cameras for the night of October 2nd. 7:00pm-8-00 and see just how the service was I spent $126 and my sister spent about $55 but yeah I will never go there again

I'm mortified!!! I ordered the lunch special, grilled chicken wrap. There was some lettuce that fell on the side that I didn't pay much attention to. When I finally noticed the dirt, I've already eaten almost the whole thing! They didn't even bother to wash the lettuce before serving it!
Update: I don't know if you guys are able to see my close-up photo bc it's still "pending," of course ?. You can go over to my Yelp review and see the dirt on the lettuce
The owner responded and is trying to say that there is no dirt on the lettuce. Their trying to claim its due to "bruising." However, if you look at my close-up photo, it's clearly dirt.

Wow what a great experience!!! You gotta do the brunch !!! Music top tier. Had a guest dj. She was awesome as well. The dj kept the party lit. The customer service was amazing they helped everyone get to the best seats possible.

Susan R. was a great server and the food. Can we talk about the food? One word..... Amazing! We had the shrimp appetizer and I had the grilled chicken salad. It was all amazing. The breading on the shrimp was soooo tasty, as well as, the grilled chicken. Tasted like they marinated it in gold. Nice atmosphere and cheerful helpful staff.. THANK YOU!
