I actually thought they were closed. I waited at the speaker for about 5 minutes, then finally drove up to the window. Finally someone saw me and I was able to place my order. The donuts are always fresh and good here.

Terrible experience, I went in theres a guy behind the counter he says nothing. Girl in the back says nothing. No one is in the store at this time. Guys is doing drive thru. He goes and hands stuff to the car. Comes back to the counter says nothing and starts taking another drive thru order. At this point I have no idea if hes going to finish every car that comes to the drjve thru before helping me so I just leave and will not be back. The reason i went inside is cause i have a certificate for donating that is for 12 free doughnuts.

I placed an online order for pick up. I applied the offer THANKS That is advertised on the actual Krispy Kreme website Which gives me $2 for a second dozen. I paid the amount charged then before the pick up I received a cancellation notice email. I called the store to see why it was canceled and the manager Julian, who is rude by the way Said that the offer code was a fraud glitch on the website And he will not honor it so I have to wait 3 to 5 days to receive my money back. I asked him if he could please honor it since I’ve already paid for it, and it was advertised on the website and he said “NOPE I’m not going to”!
After reviewing the website again I gave the store a call back and asked for Julian and they told me no Julian works there so I asked for the manager and they put him on the phone. The girl asked him. Did you tell somebody your name is Julian and he said yeah and took the phone.. And I asked him for his name and he said “ I don’t know what is it? I told him you said your name is Julian are you lying to me about your name and he said I don’t know am I? What’s my name? I don’t know you tell me.”
Currently waiting for corporate to get back to me.

I went to this store around 8pm and the cashier told me they didn’t have any more glazed donuts. I saw employees making some glazed donuts in the back and I asked if I could get some of those but the employee just told me for today they aren’t preparing any more donuts.

This place just keeps going downhill I watched so many food and safety violations while I was standing in line and all the young kids did was laugh and joke I left for fear of getting sick my kids where so upset I am calling the health department to go and check this place
