Hands down the worst KK that’s I’ve ever been to. We stop by whenever we are in town. The hot light is never on, the employees lack customer service skills, and the lobby is always dirty. This isn’t a one-time experience, it’s every time that we have gone to this KK.

This place is run down and in a very sketchy area. Half the time when we go there, they barely have anything available from their menu. The restaurant and restooms are usually filthy. Vagrants harass people in the parking lot especially later in the day and at night. I would avoid this location.

I finally tried Krispy Kreme and I can’t lie I’m pretty underwhelmed, the doughnut just tasted like any other glazed donut, but It’s definitely great the doughnuts are incredible, customer service was amazing take your order with pleasure, pretty empty inside ngl, drive through was more busy it also smelled kinda weird but I can’t complain about anything, thx guys

Came in 12/04/25 at 11am. Was only 1 person prior to me being there but I end up waiting 8 minutes still. Lady running the cashier needs social skills, not only did she not know how to initiate a conversation with a customer and ask what they want but she spoke so quietly I had to piece together what she was saying. Very bad experience and tbh won't bring my buisness back here again.

We only go there a couple times a year, but almost every time they NEVER have their hot glazed. Whats the point of them even staying open? their hot glased is the only reason most people go there, their other doughnuts are no better then anywhere else. Called 615 am Thanksgiving morning and they tell me will be two hours before they have any. What kinda BS is that?

The worst Krispy Kreme . It’s the only one in the valley and they never have donuts . How are you Krispy Kreme and out of original glazed ? Or orginal Kreme filled? Every time I go here in Fresno they are out of donuts. Start making donuts every hour instead of waiting for the donuts to sell out then tell people you’re out. Pathetic.

This store always runs out of donuts or doesn’t have coffee available. This is literally a donut shop, how do you not have the only food you sell, this is 3rd time this happened. It is 8 am so I am not sure how this store is not prepared to serve customers. Horribly ran store.

I bought two donuts came up to almost $12. I wanted to try the new York cheesecake it had no filling in the middle.. It was mediocre nothing special. The cookies and cream was pretty much the same nothing special. Any donut store in Fresno would be a better choice than this place.
I was in Fresno and because I don’t have one where I live, I got a variety of all the donuts especially the new ones. When I got home and ate the cream-filled ones, they tasted rancid, my family also tried some and ended up throwing up. I don’t know if they were left over and sold later but it was so disappointing, especially for how much they cost. I ended up throwing them all away, and I don’t think I’ll be coming back to this location.
