4 Stars – Great Drinks, Small Mix-Up

I stopped at Kuppa Joy in Fresno and ordered a matcha latte with almond milk along with a Potato & Rosemary breakfast burrito. The matcha was smooth, creamy, and perfectly balanced — exactly what I was hoping for. Unfortunately, my burrito order was mixed up and I was served an egg burrito instead. Since I was already back on the highway when I took my first bite, I couldn’t turn around, and it wasn’t as appealing to me, so I didn’t finish it. Still, the quality of the drink and the friendly service made it a positive stop overall. I’d gladly return, just double-checking my order next time.

I don’t even know where to begin because this place is an absolute gem! It was my first time coming to this café and I swear I’ve never felt more instantly at home in a spot before. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with the warmest smiles and the most welcoming energy — the staff here are seriously some of the kindest, most genuine people I’ve ever encountered. You can tell they actually care, and that makes all the difference.

Now let’s talk about the coffee… I’m still thinking about it. I ordered a Kuppa Heaven latte and I genuinely think it was the best latte I’ve ever had. Smooth, rich, perfectly balanced — it tasted like it was made with love (and probably some magic too, honestly). I was already planning my second visit halfway through the cup.

The vibe of the place is just chef’s kiss. Cozy but not cramped, stylish without trying too hard, and filled with the kind of music that makes you want to stay for hours. It’s the kind of place where you could spend the whole day reading, working, or just soaking up the atmosphere.

I seriously cannot recommend this place enough. I left in the best mood, totally caffeinated and completely obsessed. This won’t just be a one-time visit — I’ve officially found my new favorite spot!! 💛☕✨
