Was looking for a local business that serves authentic Japanese ramen and Kurotaka was a great find. I absolutely enjoyed their TANTANMEN Ramen bowl and it easily became my to-go-to place for Japanesse Ramen in Fresno/Clovis. Excited to visit again soon.

Both the service and the food were terrific. We arrived during lunch and were seated immediately, as there was only one other table occupied. Our server arrived almost immediately, and we received our food within 10 minutes. The party of 2 that arrived after us also received their food quickly. They have implemented a new way to order that appears to streamline the process during peak times. We will definitely be coming back.

Best ramen I have ever had! I’ve tried many places in many cities. They had some nice smooth jazz playing too, which was a nice ambiance for some relaxing food. :)
Great experience here, the owner and employees are super friendly and genuine about hearing how they can help the customer. Very attentive. The ramen are simple to choose from, not a complicated menu. The broth you can see how thick with flavor it is. Very delicious
