I’ve had the katsu with curry and Mac at about 4 times. I really liked it the first few time that I’ve tried it. I especially love their Mac salad. But the last time I picked up my order, I can tell that they used OLD oil to fry the Katsu.. it was really obvious by the smell and the taste. The max was also not the same. It’s really disappointing when the quality isn’t consistent. I tried their spam Musubi once and I’ll never get it again. The portion is huge though. I usually split it into like 2 meals and a snack.

Food was okay but again another restaurant that charged me extra for substituting extra French fries for another side that they offer and did not tell me there would be an extra charge. Bathroom was gross. Toilet didn't flush and filthy Toilet paper overflowing out of garbage can that you are not allowed to put in Toilet.

Chicken katsu is the best in fresno. Call in your order ahead regardless if pick up or dine in..its hot and fresh cook..no heat lamps. Simple place to eat..nothing fancy. Neighborhood restaurant.

Parking: The parking may be congested during the lunch/dinner hours. Shares parking with 4 other business. One of them being sees candy.
It's always clean when we go inside. Whoever is working always has wonderful customer service. Their dishes are delicious especially the bulgolgi fries.

Wow! I guess I didn’t realize that Ono Hawaiian BBQ was so much better until I tasted L& L. I spent 60$ on a delivery with this food and it the meat was weird and didn’t taste fresh at all. I will never order from here again. Even the macaroni wasn’t as good. I’m sad about wasting money when I could of paid the same and got good food at Ono.
